They did not have the tool I needed but picked one up at Auto Zone. That was not the big deal. I went back hopping to get a larger tap. The sold the wrong size tap and they knew full well i had to go to a larger size to install a Tim Seat for the spark plug. I was tired and should have caught the mistake. But he should have also known I needed bigger size. They would not give my money back!I made many trips that day trying to get my sons car fixed. When I got in my car my helper and I could see them laughing thier heads off in the store. I may never go back to O'Reilly's now

Poor customer service, older guy that worked there from 8-5 had another 30 minutes left of his shift and said he couldn’t help me switch out a tethered gas cap. There was only 2 other customers in store. Said if I wanted to come back for a third time at 6pm the next shift could do it really quickly.
