Male cashier at north 14th OnCue in Ponca City was condescending and very unhelpful concerning kickback points. Rather than try to help me understand what I was doing wrong, he made me feel stupid. Just kept saying I need a card. I tried to explain I had signed up digitally, which by the way an OnCue clerk had originally been kind enough to help me sign up and told me they could help me any time. I was so rattled I nearly left the store without paying for my drink to which he yelled “ are you going to pay for that or not?” A female clerk came my direction as if to help but turned around as male clerk became louder and more obnoxious. He’s a jerk; find a friendlier person to work the counter. I can’t possibly be the only person to ever be confused when trying to redeem points.

The gas pump would not take my credit card today at OnCue Express #17. I have been using my credit card to purchase gas here for ten years but today when I tried to use my credit card, the screen came up on the pump and gave me two choices -"Debit" or "Kickback". I knew I was not using a debit card (I do not have a debit card) so I pushed the button for "Kickback" and it asked me to put in my "Loyalty Number".I don't know what a kickback is and I don't have a loyalty number. All I know is that it should have let me choose between "Debit" and "Credit" to pay for my gas and it didn't. So I went down the street and got my gas at Jiffy Stop.TL: DR: I was unable to use my credit card to purchase gas at this station because I didn't have a "Kickback" card and I did not have a "Loyalty" number.

My experience was less than pleasant here. My boyfriend and I are both over 21. I presented my U.S. driver license and my boyfriend showed his VALID foreign passport. Cashier refused to let us purchase alcohol according to their “policy”. Since when are tourist not allowed to buy alcohol with a VALID government-issued ID??? Someone please explain this to me. If I could give no stars, I would.

Woulda gave five star but every time I come here the staff are always very very rude and with a bad attitude mainly the man that works at night his name is Tim I come here at least about twice a week and fill up in my diesel truck totaling up to about $500 a week...... thinking about putting diesel somewhere else just because how rude Tim is during the night shift..... Look at the receipts same week two different amounts
