I went with my wife to purchase several items, which we did ($600 worth) and was approached by an employee, when asked if we need some assistance I said no thank you, and he proceeded to try to assist anyway.
We felt harassed and proceeded to explain in so many words, no means no. We would have went elsewhere but our option were limited.

Bought a water heater here. After pulling it down with a power lift, they let us inspect it before choosing to buy it. The 2 staff guys that helped us were awesome.

Clean store lots of what you need, but some of the staff act like they don't want you to bother them with questions, don't like the idea that all the registers are self check out now

My husband and I drove to Stillwater to get lattice board. We live 25 miles from Stillwater Lowe's. They only had one in stock priced at $32.48 in Stillwater. We needed 8, so we got online and the Lowe's in Ponca City had plenty and that store is approximately 45 miles from Stillwater. So we get to Ponca City Lowe's, but twice my husband asked for help to load them and twice, no one would help! There was a young man at the checkout just staring at my hubs, but he didn't lift a finger and may not supposed to, but he didn't call for help either. My husband loaded them, and has a bad back, and I went to customer service to let them know about the lack of help twice and left my phone number to have the manager call me. She wouldn't let me speak to the manager. Then, we get to customer service because there were no prices on them or signage. We ask a different customer service person if they would honor Stillwater Lowe's price because Ponca City had them $5/sheet higher. She says, "I'll go ask my manager". Oh, the one whom I couldn't talk to? She comes back and tells us he says no. So we left a $5 gallon bucket of sealer and the lattice, $400 worth of goods not purchased because of the horrible lack of service there and no price match between Lowe's stores. We will NEVER be back!!!! Oh, and home is 45 miles away. Not happy at all!!!! So, we got a hold of Home Depot and got a great deal! $330! Thanks Home Depot!!!

Very friendly but always out of common items and not aware of it. Not restocking. I ordered basic white tile because of this and it took months to get the tile, even though they said the warehouse had plenty. Beadboard is beat up. Not enough trim to do more than 1 room.

It's always great to see Bubbles of Trailer Park Boys in his red super hero undies around the service desk area, always ready to serve Kool Aid in a flash. He said he has been in medicine so he truly is one of the Super Friends. Four stars because it's close to home, but yes finally the ugly as this store is managed poorly.
