We had an accident with a deer and the vehicle was taken to Klinger's. They took great care in the repair and keeping us posted about where they were in the process. Once we had received the vehicle back, they had even detailed it inside and out it looked like the day we drove it off the lot thank you guys! They are a great auto company to work with for your auto repairs as they really strive for customer satisfaction!

Main reason I decided to go with this body shop was because they are so friendly! Going in clueless about the process of dealing with insurance and getting my car fixed, they talked me through the process and what to possible expect. Highly recommend! Klingers team did wonders on my car after hitting an armadillo. They even gave it back completely detailed! When my insurance wasn’t responding, Klingers kept me up to date! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone and everyone! I went in with a messed up front bumper, and they fixed it beautifully. Definitely exceeded any of my expectations. This was my first time here and I will continue going here! Customer service was beyond amazing as well. I lost a dog a few months back and o keep things in my car from the day we lost him. To most it looks like trash, so as they were cleaning out my car they threw it away (no hate or disrespect as I said it pretty ouch is trash, but treasure to me, and they did not know what it was or what it meant to me) but my mother went back in for me letting them know what happened asking to look in their trash for it, and they went through it themselves and got it back for me. Which I was not expecting to get back at all and would not have been mad at them if I did not. Definitely an amazing and best experience I have ever got anywhere

Always makes sure your satisfied before you pick it up. If you ever run into a problem a year down the Roady from faulty part they get it fixed no question asked
