My family and I were looking to buy our first home in 2014. The woman that was showing us the house was on her phone the ENTIRE time and showed us nothing. We could tell she thought we couldn't afford the house and that we were not worth her time. We ended up getting a different agent from another company. That choice ended up costing us in the end. We were offering to buy it with with the furniture but the agent was mad and didn't tell the seller. Come to find out the seller didn't really want to take the stuff inside but didn't know we wanted it and had all ready rented a truck to take everything. This was not the worst part. The old agent had told the seller what our top price range was so we weren't able to try to get a better deal. That ended up costing us every penny we had saved. It took so long to get the deal made due to the century agent that after spending the money to have it inspected we almost ran out of time on the loan and had one day before it was no longer an option and our money was gone. I'm not saying the company is bad but because of that one woman i will never suggest that company or use it myself ever again.

Mainly due to one agent. Way too many issues, lies, manipulations, and financial costs to even go in to. Use any other company but this one.
