My battery was dead but still hold a charge for a bit ..took it to Auto Zone and he replaced right there on the spot..no more worries if it was gonna start or not. Core charge pretty much paid the taxes lol. Thanks Auto Zone

Absolutely fantastic. Loaned me tools to work on my car, and cheaper parts than anywhere else in town.My headlights went out and Nate worked really hard to help me get back on the road. Very cheerful and helpful, even when it turned out my lights were fine and the last owner just didn't plug them in all the way.

Bait and switch tactics made me give this rating. Went to the store on 14th Street Saturday the 7th. Found a item for sale but when I was paying for it I was charged the regular amount. Associate saw the sales price tag and removed it then but claimed it was from 2 weeks prior and I had to pay the full price. Either check your store and remove old sales tags or honor your sales price if you don't. Not that difficult to do AutoZone!

High pressure sales.They get a commission (fact) but somewhat friendly and overworkedLook it better than walkingTo and from everywhere!!It's just a so so place. Long lines phones ringing off the hook, again I feel real bad to leave but sometimes they ignore you.Some locations are better though.

The help and service here is the best in ponca. I choose to do most my business here because of that. Alot of stuff in store is a bit overpriced versus just shopping around or online. But i am a big advocate for good service, and for the most part they have knowledgeable people running the show. Way more to say then o riellys here in ponca

Very good experience, staff go above and beyond to help.. i bought a master cylinder for my trucks brakes,, part got help up at the airport for several days.. eventualy i opted to buy a more expensive master cylinder that they had in stock at the store so the manager gave me discount because my original order was delayed ... i am always happy with the service
