They replaced my windshield. While the competitor was going to charge $495 to re-calibrate my sensors, Auto Crafters were honest and said the sensors did not need re-calibration. They were 1/3rd the price of the competitor as well. I received fast, friendly, and professional service. I got my car back looking brand new. My insurance tried to pressure me to take my car to one of their affiliates--that didn't have great reviews and seemed to have an inexperienced staff. I took my car to a couple independent places for another opinion. this place not only let me know i DID have a choice in where I took my car, but was also upfront about the work needed. I also liked that I am talking to the people doing the work. I can ask questions directly, they aren't having to be filtered through different people.In the end I felt confident with who I was leaving it with and my car was repaired up to my standards.Service: Body & Trim

I brought my car in because my back windows was leaking water every time it got wet after getting my windows tinted from a local tinting company. AutoCrafters was able to fit me into their schedule to find and repair my issue very quickly. Turns out the tinting company forgot some screws on my rear brake light at the top of my rear windshield. AA AutoCrafters fixed me up within a couple hours - replaced the missing screws and repaired the seal to prevent further damage. Five stars for their fast and friendly service.Service: Body & Trim
