Olivia admitted she entered an overpriced item number instead of looking up the price for the product. I was also charged for multiple products that i didnt get because the checkers are going to fast to hear what beeps once or twice. Please slow down and listen for the beeps. I was charged over 40 dollars of extra products. Also incorrect display of pricing. I read each of them very thoroughly and alot of prices are not adjusted as advertised. Its just a shame

I’m an avid Aldi shopper and today I ordered curbside pickup for the first time. My wife went to pick it up and went to Walmart instead of Aldi to pick it up, an honest mistake. Once she realized she was at the wrong store she notified Tyrus (our shopper) and headed right over. Mr. Tyrus proceeded to immediately chastise my wife for not being at the right store going on and on about a timer going on his phone. My wife apologized several times but he continued to berate her asking her to explain herself to him so she may better know how to avoid this mess up in the future. Needless to say Mr. Tyrus got an earful from my wife about his rude behavior. My wife spoke to the manager and turns out they are aware of his behavior because there’s been several similar complaints from other customers. Mr. Tyrus needs to be fired, why continue to support toxic behavior that could potentially lose you money. Best believe, this is not the end of it.

It's always a delight walking into Aldi to see what new things they have - seasonal and otherwise. They have a wonderful variety of grocery items, many made in Germany. The produce, meats, seafood and dairy are always fresh and the highest quality. The staff is friendly and very helpful. They have a great variety of items, but not all the name brands you're used to. Go ahead and buy the brand they sell and you'll be glad you did - great quality at super low prices!
