Excellent place to rent storage. The owner is very nice and easy to work with. His units are clean and the place is well lit at night. Never had any problems! I would highly recommend if you are looking to store your belongings.

I rented from Robert at this Perkins storage Unit. He was kind and friendly. When I had a few changes in my bank account he contacted me and we quickly got them resolved. I was with First Class Storage for 7 months and only moved it because my new husband felt we needed one closer to our new house in Guthrie. I loved the 24 hour access. There are many sized units to choose from. Robert helped me pick the perfect one to fit my stuff. I recommend this Storage Unit. Robert is great and so are his Units. He also provided me with a Lock. I appreciate the little things since this was my first time renting.

Very reasonably priced and well maintained facilities. The buildings are all fairly new and in good, clean condition. Robert is great to work with. Very professional and cares about his customers/renters.

I have been renting from them for four years, finally moved into a home. Robert is great, very friendly and helpful. He was always available any time I needed him. The grounds are always kept very clean.

I have used this facility for over 15 months and never once had a question or a doubt that my stuff with secure and safe and free from rodan's or any other issues. The owner does all he can to accommodate his Clients and is a great manager of this Facility. I was concerned with everything I own not being in my possession but after meeting with him and seeing the facility I had no concerns whatsoever and enjoyed my experience there. I would highly recommend this to anyone who die use their possessions and needs a good Storage unit as they are all very clean and well built.
