I had gotten a house plant from my grandmother's funeral that came from the pawnee floral. A month later and the entire plant was covered in spider mites. Im blessed i caught it before it got my other plants. I wont be ordering from here myself and i suggest other beware! Its not a gift if it kills all your other plants

I needed a Mother's Day gift for my daughter, so I called Petals and Stems. The lady I spoke with was so nice, and even sent photos of the item I ordered. Delivery was on time and my daughter loved her Palmer palm tree. I was happy that I was able to buy local, which helps out our town.

Have tried to use this florist twice now through Teleflora. Last year was late with delivery, this year I ordered at 9 am and paid extra to have the flowers there by 1. Teleflora was notified at 2:15 that the order could not be completed on time and asked if I would be willing to wait until the next day. No! This is her birthday. Why would I wait. If you can’t deliver at 9 tell me then, don’t wait until after 2. If you don’t have the flowers call me and tell me what you do have, I’m flexible. Now I can’t get anything delivered today. Won’t be trying this a third year.

The customer service is excellent and the staff is very knowledgeable about floristry and everything in between. I really liked the jewelry and other novelty items that were available for purchase. I bought such a cute container to grow herbs in my kitchen as well as a unique pencil flower vase for the “teacher” shelf in my daycare space. I highly recommend them for your floral needs for all occasions.
