If you are looking for a long term storage facility, I'm sure this place is great. But I needed storage for 2 weeks and saw advertising for first month half off. I was in a rush and didn't READ THE FINE PRINT. I got half off for only the last week of the month and then charged for a full extra month (not prorated). Zero help or understanding from management. Was 100% recommending them and excited to continue using when needed, but this is outrageous. I'm paying over $200 for less than 2 weeks in a small, dirty, non-conditioned unit.
EDITED TO ADD AFTER RESPONSE FROM OWNER: Fully respect trying to give context, but... Communication only happened after I had already vacated. Second month had no promotion applied, but I will happily accept money back if it was supposed to be. :) Not sure what 4 free days you are referring to, nothing came free during this rental. The 10 day move out policy is grossly under communicated. RENTER BEWARE

I've had my belongings stored with Storij for a few years now and they have been amazing since day 1! They are so kind and so easy to work with!! Very secure location, they have cameras everywhere, and as a woman I always felt safe being there to get into my unit at all hours! I'm also a sucker for anything colorful so I loved the unit color coding!!! 10/10 would recommend!!

This place has mice and the insurance doesn’t cover it. I had all of my thing ruined by the time I came back to this state and they didn’t compensate for all the damage. Now they want me to pay more. I advise not to store here unless you like mice feces infused with your belongings.

I needed a climate control unit! The owner keeps the units at a cool 74 instead of the typical 80 degrees. The ability to drive up to an enclosed area to load and unload was a deal breaker ! He was extremely helpful in working with my unique situation and we will definitely continue to rent from Storij .

Clean new looking facility with many underlying issues. First of all there are quite a few units that use the facility as a commercial base of operations (even a mobile battery storage business with employees coming and going and delivery trucks taking up space). There are countless amounts of screws, bolts, and nails in the aisles which even further prove construction materials are coming in and out. I had to on every visit monthly for the year I had a unit clean up around outside my unit in fear of tire damage. No issues with theft, but once my lock looked tampered with.In the final days of cleaning out my unit I had many sightings of brown recluse spiders and mouse droppings. I initially came from a state with no recluse spiders and no vermin issues (and I didn't store food). The units are not sealed all that great and there are gaps in between units. Yes you get high ceilings, but most space above 8 feet is wasted for the higher price you pay. Lastly I blame myself for not canceling my unit on the strict timeline given. If you cancel after the 20th and are not out by the last day of month be prepared to pay for an entire months rent even if you don't use it. Be aware that autopay is also canceled and that could cause an issue too. My stuff was stored safely though and I'm at least happy for that.

The BEST! Clean, safe, expertly managed AND stylish with easily identifiable color coded buildings. Superior quality and value! We rented an interior temperature controlled unit, which was comfortable in all seasons. As an interior designer, I used the units as overflow for high-quality furniture and accessories for both business and personal items. Never had to worry about security or damage. Space was perfect with high ceilings to maximize storage capacity. Questions were answered promptly by the owners, who were always professional, friendly and willing to go out of their way to accommodate our needs - even finding a second unit close by when needed to assist with easy moving and downsizing. This is our go-to place whenever additional storage is needed. THANKS for taking such great care of your property and ours!

Very clean and secure facility. The owners are normally onsite or just a quick phone call away. They are extremely helpful, kind and professional. Only moved out because I moved away from the area but will be using them again if the need shall come!
