I registered online on 7-9-24 to get a storage unit. I went to the office on 7-10-24 @1:55pm. Sign on door said closed. Lunch from 1-2pm. After it was 2:15pm. No one still at office. Tried to call office no answer. At 2:30pm still no one ant office. After calling 1-877 number and had to be on hold for approx 5-10 min Elle answered the phone. Elle helped me cancel my registration due to poor experience at office that I was reserving with. I will give Elle 5 stars for being so helpful but rest of experience was 0 stars.

Site Manager was extremely helpful in selecting the perfect unit to store our RV. Very professional in getting everything needed to sign me up so I could park it and know it was going to be safe. Happy to recommend this facility to any and all!

I have more than one unit at this location. And I can say Sharon, the office admin is the most efficient employee they have had at this loccasion for the last 5 years. Thank you Sharon for all your hard work. I'm sure she deserves an increase in pay.

The storage unit was clean and the management was very helpful, as well as the rates for my 10x10 unit were very reasonable. I would definitely recommend if you are looking for a clean safe place to store your belongings.
