Best customer service! Cleanest climate controlled storage! Well lit with overhead doors that operate smoothly and a bonus of being able to purchase locks and other supplies onsite. Highly recommend!!!!

This was the best experience I have had with a storage locker - period. I was able to secure a great deal online, get a move in date and all of the info I needed super quickly and online. When we got there to move in it was clean and well maintained and had carts to help you move. When it was time for me to move again and I no longer needed the unit - it was so hassle free. No weird hoops to jump through to cancel, and no forced fees or extra payments. Will continue using them forever!!

To date this facility has been clean and management so easy to work with everytime I have needed assistance. Also, call me lucky but no rodents! Every facility I have been in before has had rodents, to the point of me actually being afraid to open the locker door! So far, so good. I do with they could add a light in each locker.Becky Switzer

No personal contact on Second storage unit. First one was a great experience. Property manager showed me around, let me pick my unit. Second time I had to use the phone. No manager on duty for extended amount of time. No personal service. No opportunity to buy a lock or storage needs. No picking of the unit.
