We needed help! Evin was at the register eating chips and I guess we disturbed him. He is truly the rudest associate we have ever seen at Sam's. Then he proceeded to be rude to the lady needing help beside me. He needs to find a new job if he doesn't like working there.

If you don't have a Sam's Club membership, this is your sign to get one. Every time I go I have a good experience. They sell great quality items for good prices. Let's not forget about the famous café. The food is simple, but delicious and cheap!

Cecilia & Adamaris were amazing today! They were able to get my account back in order and quickly also. They went above and beyond! The Sams club on May and I-44 messed my account up but would not fix it back correctly. These ladies were very knowledgeable and professional. I recommend using this Sams club! Thank you guys again so much! They definitely deserve a raise!

This place is about as bad as Walmart. They barely have what I was looking for. It's ridiculously expensive. The people who work there are so rude and unkind. I don't know why but Walmart and Sam's Club do not care about how their employees trea customers don't recommend:(

This Tire Center is NOT handicap friendly. Park your vehicle on Southside of bldg then walk around to front of store entrance to fill out paperwork or speak to a representative.

If you eat at this sam's club you have to be crazy. The setting area was so dirty you couldn't believe it. The food looked old and could cause food poisoning. One of the dirtiest places I have ever seen. Very bad some times cheap will kill you.

Always buy my gas there because it is cheaper than other stations. I love the reward program they give with their credit card.

TLDR; if buying a new phone from AT&T, just go to a store and not the booth inside Sam's Club. I visited the AT&T booth within the store to inquire about new phones and possibly switching carriers but instead was greeted with a horrible experience. First, the sales person who was assisting me, Leslie Gaucin, was incredibly pushy and would constantly talk over me. Instead of listening to what I was saying in terms of needs in a phone and phone plan, she kept talking over me and my father and kept pushing us to give her our social security numbers so she could "figure out what kind of deal she could give us". That was a huge red flag to me as I wasn't trying to switch carriers or buy a new phone right then, I was simply inquiring about their offers. After expressing our concerns for the 10th time, Leslie finally agreed to give us a ballpark estimate. We eventually ended up purchasing 3 iPhone 13's that were mailed to our home. We tried everyday for 4 days to get our new phones activated and ported over from our old carrier to AT&T and for whatever reason, our existing phone numbers were not porting over so we decided to go back to Sam's Club to see if Leslie could help us. My second mistake was going back to this lady for help. At first she argued saying we needed to call AT&T or use their chat feature because she can't do anything to help us (I get that she can't port phones herself but at least try to call mother AT&T as an employee or SOMETHING). After a few minutes of arguing with us, she begrudgingly calls AT&T and is incredibly rude to the person on the phone. The woman on the phone starts asking for my information and Leslie shoves the phone in my face and says "just talk to her". Overall, a terrible experience and I would not recommend getting a new phone or switching carriers at this location. Also, this picture shows you exactly how the AT&T employees at Sam's Clubs treats customers - with their backs turned towards you the entire time. Stay away from this terrible customer service!

We have been shopping at Sam’s on 5th since 2008. We have always found the staff to be helpful and courteous! The store is always well stocked with quality items and excellent brand choices. We really miss the food court and will be ecstatic when COVID-19 is finally over so we can have our favorite hotdogs, pizza, and soft serve treats!

Worst experience ever! Please don't go here. I ordered 2 items online for pickup. I received an email that my stuff was ready for pickup. I get there parked in the designated pickup area. Checked in via the app. Employee came out and asked me my name. I told him he responded he would be back 35 minutes I'm waiting no response. I got an email that it was checked out at 2:09 I'm still sitting there at 2:45. I called member services they transferred me to pickup. The female empl

I just opened a membership with Sam's club last night, and i was so upset and disappointed with my very first experience at Sams. Everything was fine until i tried to self checked out. I had some mangoes and some items that i couldn't scan myself so i asked a lady that work there for help. She was busy chatting with her coworker that some customers walked by her had to help me to call her. Then she turned around with the face that i bothered her and gave me the mean look. I don't know is it because i'm asian? i told her i have some mangoes and items that i can't scan. She tried to grabbed all the mangoes as fast as she can while saying " BECAUSE you have to buy the whole box" with "because" stressed like she tried to tell me that im stupid and just walked away. I was shocking literally standing there a few minutes to realized what was just happened. I was so upset and didnt know what to do so i just left the rest items back and paid for what i've already scanned and left. I was so excited to open an account with Sams but after last night i dont feel like want to go back there

Update/Diana is the rude tech...she's still rude in person. My family and I switched to this club's pharmacy last year and the pharmacist (Ha) and the regular tech are always helpful and friendly. The last few months we had dealt with a new tech or intern in person and over the phone and it has been less than pleasant. The new tech acts likes she is put off with having to help customers. To be in this line of work and having such bad customer service...probably not the ideal line of work for this new te

I like this store pretty well. They have more selection in some areas than some of the other Sams club locations. There is one particular worker at this store who is never helpful or friendly though. For me that's the only downside.
