I don't usually leave reviews, but this time I feel based off my experience here, I need to. I just had surgery and it was recommended I stay here. First off. Let's say, the room was ridiculously expensive for one night. When I got into my room there were no trash bags in the trash cans, someone's top off their perfume, previous customer. I assume, was on the floor, makes me feel like they did not clean this room good before I came to stay here. On floor 2 there was no ice machine, I just had surgery, who wants to get on and off elevators searching for an ice machine after just having surgery? There was no balcony in the room I stayed in which really sucks. I went down for dinner, sat at a table, no one came to check to see if I would like to order. I went down for breakfast, there was no sign telling me it would be $22 for just one person, and very limited food, when cheaper motels have free continental breakfasts. The biscuits were so hard, I could barely get it opened to put gravy on, they had no to go boxes incase you wanted to eat in your room. Oh, and there are no microwaves in the room, even cheaper motels have microwaves in their rooms. The vents are very dusty. The toilet paper is located in a horrible spot where you can't reach it. Look behind the TV shelf, lots of trash, you can tell they never move to vacum behind stuff, the AC vents are very dusty. I did not enjoy this hotel experience at all, very disappointed, I expected way better for the name and price. I hate to sound so negative, but I do not recommend this hotel, especially if you just had surgery. One more thing, their choice of cable programming is horrible, only a few channels to choose from, and I never did find the Wi-Fi Password.

Nice views of the city from our room. It was quiet and very affordable. Desk clerk was extremely pleasant when my husband arrived. If I ever have to stay in OKC in the future this is where I will be staying.

This is a nice place. It needs a little bit of updating in certain areas. The front desk clerk and the older gentleman were both very kind.

The staff was AMAZING. The aesthetic was so nice, Great Gatsby vibes for sure. The room was very comfortable. We stayed for a week and I don't have anything negative to say about our experience. Highly recommend.Walkability: Plenty of stuff within walking distance, food, coffee and a huge mall

We thought I booked the mid city location but was very pleased by the beautiful waterford location. They had a baby grand in this side lobby that I couldn't keep from playing. I sat there several times throughout our stay. The place was out of the way for our endeavor we called a lyft and it all worked out well. Pleasant stay and will definitely consider it again.Rooms: The room was excellent. Bigger than expected. Clean and spacious.

Rooms are small and really close together. Also they dont tell you breakfast costs money and is not included until after youve already ate. Buffet is medicore and $21 per person. They should really have signs or something at least.

The service was excellent and it all started with JAMES at the front door…Beautiful place with a great staff……Thank YouRooms: Very clean. Might need a little touch up paint on bathroom doors. Service was greatFood & drinks: Family was given water on arrival.

The beds were very comfortable. Room and lobby very clean. Great hotel and would definitely stay again. My only advice is do not purchase the breakfast buffet. The food was nowhere near the quality it should have been for the price you pay.

Our first stay here in July, 2023 was great and without incident, but our second stay in October, 2023 has been a disaster so far. First, they gave us an accessible room, which was a joke. Then the whirlpool was cold ... What???? That's a first. They moved us into a normal room, but then checked us out and won't answer the phone. After waiting on hold for over ten minutes to resolve the issue with no response, I gave up. I surrender!

My family and I were there this Saturday for a wedding.The staff at the reception were nice and professional.James the man that helped us as soon as we arrived took our luggage to the room is amazing only reason I’m giving 2 stars, after that everything went down hill.In between 3-4 pm we stopped at the restaurant downstairs for food for the kids.We sat ourselves down and menus were given but almost an hour passed and nobody took our order until the cook himself came to ask if anyone had taken our order. At that time we were over it half the family had already went back to the room so we didn’t order food.4 of us sat at the bar and the bartender there has poor customer service left us unattended for a while and when he asked us for IDs we handed them to him and he tossed them back on the counter like he didn’t want us to be there.The rooms were decent could do a little better cleaning the sink faucets and air vents.And forget about saying good morning to the housekeeping lady she will totally ignore you.Sunday morning my daughter and I sat downstairs for breakfast and nobody greeted us or took our order. At that point I was done with this stay we got up and went elsewhere.I did ask for a refund on the breakfast but they couldn’t because I had gotten a package they said.Will I stay here again? Probably not.

Passing through for one night. Location was nice. Down the street from the mall. Lobby looked great and staff was very friendly.The downfall was when my husband and I got to the room. Hair in the sink, vents were extremely dusty, dust on the coffee table, shower was not properly cleaned out, shower head had mildew, toothpaste stains on the sink, window curtains were dirty and one had a white stain. Walls are also extremely thin. To top it off after getting out of the bed the next day I had a bug bite on my leg. Rooms could definitely use some deep cleaning. This hotel has the potential of being better. Wish I had a better experience.

I was so pleasantly surprised when we arrived at this hotel. Usually tournament hotels are pretty average or below par, but this has a lovely hotel lobby, the free breakfast was good, and the restaurant staff were nice. The beds and pillows are comfortable, the air was perfect. The walls --- are like paper. We were next to a room that had a baby, a dog, and a large number of friends visiting each night. I called down to the desk on the second night to complain, and there was no answer (10:15 p.m.). When I told the front desk about it at check out, the person (I noticed she was mentioned in an earlier review) ignored the fact that no one answered and instead focused on telling me it was from our team. (It wasn't, I could hear every word through the wall) There were several teams staying at the hotel, a wedding, and a family reunion... we heard all of them. The walls are thin enough that while waiting for the elevator, we could easily hear someone having some morning "exercise". Overall, I'd recommend the hotel as it's nice and feels upscale and it seems to be in a mostly safe area, just be sure to bring some ear plugs.
