“Today was my first time in at Bone to use the self dog wash station and have finally found my spot! There is parking directly west of the building, so no having to try to find parking on the street as I had feared. When I got inside, I was astonished at how clean it was. Sure, it wasn't *sparkling*-there was some loose fur and some small water puddles, but that's to be expected. I cant remember the exact amount, but I think there were 4-5 stations, so I had no wait time. They provided brushes, over 10 different shampoos to choose from, aprons, towels, sprayers that you could adjust the water stream/pressure, and a high power blow dryer. They also use full tubs that are at a good height, making this was the first self dog wash experience where I didn't leave with wet clothes/shoes and a hurting back. The cost was $15 a wash that comparably is a little costly, but they offer package deals to significantly decrease the price per wash. The person who checked me out was delightful and even gave me a sample of dog food and a treat for my pup. I will definitely be back!!”

“Cutest dog store ever! My little shichon Mochi turned one year old today and we wanted to celebrate by spoiling her with yummy treats and getting her a birthday cake! The owner was there and she told us she's been in business for over 25 years at different locations. She is so nice! They had dog treats at the door for mochi and she loved them! She customizes the birthday cake and you can pick icing color for the writing! They even added her name on there and cute birthday message. The icing is made out of cream cheese she said and we got the most popular cake flavor, the peanut butter! This is the cutest dog cake I've seen! It's perfect for her! Mochi also got a bag of peanut butter treats and a little purple crown for her birthday!”

Cost is an concern, but once you take everything into account, you are getting a top quality animal with guarantees you don't normally get with private sales. Had a vet just do a check a week after purchase and he confirmed previous statement, that these animals are top notch. Alizabeth is a rock star! She played such a role in getting us our English Bulldog, we have named George! We were driving from out of town and she made the numbers match for a great transaction!”
“I just moved to this area and was looking for a groomer. I chose this one cause it was close to my place and reasonably priced. I was charged $50 for my cavalier and earthwise on SW 104th wanted $80 ?. When I went to pick up "Bosley" he had an attitude he knew he looked cute lol. I have a floor mirror at home and he literally sits in front of it and we just crack up. The girl that cut him was Melissa she did a great job and knows that these are people's baby's. I'm very happy I found my new groomer I give this place a ?? two thumbs up. I will have to add a pic of " Bosley" in here in front of the mirror it's hysterical.?”

“This Petco is the best one in the whole city! I absolutely love their staff. They are super helpful and always friendly. Their dog trainer Leah is excellent too! Our dog has been through 4 rounds of dog training there and Leah has helped us get him to the trained boy that he is now. She's always available if you call the store too with any animal questions. All the staff knows our dog by name. It's such a wonderful shopping experience. I highly recommend this Petco to anyone!”

“I called on Monday to schedule a bath&brush, with the holiday special, and deshedding for Thursday at 12:30. I went in a few minutes before that on Thursday and was told I don't have an appointment. I left, called the store the manager remembered talking to me on the phone and said since it was their fault they'd have it on the house when I went back in. I asked if I could at least just get my dogs nails trimmed for that day and they agreed. I took him back in and the lady told me she's just stay later to get his full grooming in that day. Since it was gonna be done that day I told them it didn't have to be on the house since I had already planned on spending that money and they were able to squeeze him in, everything was still on the house. They didn't have to make time for him and they didn't have to cover the cost but they did! My boy is looking, feeling, and smelling so much better! Thank you guys! We will definitely be coming back!”

On the negative, sometimes they expect you to know as much as they do, and forget you might not be as informed. They are a wealth of knowledge.
