Great parts, but staff can never locate filled online orders. Staff seem poorly trained. I waited 20 minutes to get my online order do to the staff not being able to locate it..

I was informed by the store manager that I needed a receipt to exchange a warrantied part. Since I didn't have the receipt I was told that I needed to return the part to the NAPA store it was originally purchased from. Essentially, if I'm in another state and I have to exchange a NAPA warrantied part, I would have to wait until I returned to the state where the item was purchased. This makes zero sense to me since I was told that my phone number could be used to lookup warranty items.
Begrudgingly, the manager called the store where I purchased the part from and verified the purchase and warranty. Shouldn't this be the first course of action instead of attempting to send a customer away?
She did exchange the part, and had the audacity to give me a warning about keeping receipts. My reply was if that's the case NAPA needs to have training with there employees to relay that information to the customers. Then maybe the customers would take their business/money to their competitors that actually honor the company's warranty. I even said Thank you and the manager said nothing.

I called to see if the NAPA Gold filter is still made in Germany for Mercedes cartridge filters and was told it's made here. Then I said as long as it's not made in China that's fine. He said everything's made in China. Poor customer service. He could've eating opened the box and answered my question in a few seconds but I guess that's asking for too much.

Worst customer service ever! My local store closes at 6pm on weekdays which is the time that I get off of work, so their hours are ridiculous and unuseable for me. I have a 3 yr old napa tool cart which I need some replacement parts for ( two drawer slides and some wheels) local store told me "you are out of luck", even after I supplied them the part number for the cart. Customer service is oblivious to the solution and transferred me back to the store that I just left...nothing available online. I have never had a worse customer service experience! Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to do business

Went to grab a gasket 5:47 left my phone in the car went to grab it for part number and they locked the door and wouldn't let me back in to buy my item.
