I’ve shopped at both Muse locations for a long time. Every time they ask if I’ve shopped there before and look me up in their system using my name before they begin the transaction. I bought a dress on Saturday at the Muse inside Penn. Today (3 days later) I called the Edmond location to see if I could return it there because I live in Edmond and the dress didn’t fit right (needed to try on at home for undergarment purposes). They said no. So I drive to the mall and go to return it with tags still intact, but I did not have the receipt with me. The girl at the register had actually sold me the dress on Saturday. They called presumably the owner who said no returns without a receipt. No store credit or exchange. It is posted, but it’s 2022. You have the ability to see that I just bought the dress in your system. I’d rather shop places with decent customer service so that’s what I’ll do in the future.

Quality isn’t that great and no one talks to you when you walk in. I tried to exchange something and they wouldn’t do it bc it was a sale item. Most places will let you exchange/return something even if you got it on sale and Muse would not. It wasn’t on clearance- I understand final sales. I was disappointed and that alone makes me not want to shop there ever again and I more than likely will not.

Great place to shop if you want to be followed around as though you intend to shoplift. When you ask for help with an item and are ignored and then immediately asked if you're finding everything ok in a tone that implies they're ready for you to leave that's extra fun. The final piece was going to check out and having a second item in my hand and being asked if I want it too. Um no, I'm just holding it and walking toward the register... We won't be back.

I was surprised it had a 3 star rating, so I felt I needed to voice my opinion. I love walking through the store to get ideas and grab some accent pieces for my home. Cute clothes too. The quality of their stuff is top notch. I have not had to return anything I've purchased, so I can't speak to that experience. I love Muse!

Muse by Lucca in the Penn Square Mall - one of the worst shopping experiences! They have a very strict 7 day return policy, which is understandable. But when I tried to return a dress that was too short and skimpy within that 7 day period, the sales girl was so incredibly rude and disrespectful! In order to avoid taking a return, she went as far as to accuse me of wearing and washing the dress even the tags were still in place! It was a terrible experience and I will never shop there again!
