If you're into complete incompetence then this is the bank for you. Their fraud department will flag things as fraud that have been coming out of your account for years. There's no way to white list anything. Oh well, you'll get a text alert to help determine what's fraud, right? No. They can't figure out why the alerts don't work. Their online banking system is down probably 10% of the time you need to use it. Their employees are nice enough, but they are completely powerless to fix anything or help with anything that comes from the corporate side. Thinking about doing some business banking along with personal banking here? You'll get two separate apps that are both terrible. If you're looking for a place to put your money that is competent, safe, and functions like it's 2024, this is not the place. A coffee can buried out back has more features and is more advanced.

Having problems getting my payment sent via western union post to my ****************/mid first account..******* said they did not receive payment, western union gave me delivery date ******* received it, this is going back and forth..so **************** found payment posted to my account for the month of March, then they sent it back..now March payment late and I still have no money

We just received a vague and alarming notice that there was a data breach with MidFirst's online subsidiary, Vio Bank, and that our account numbers and social security numbers have been compromised because of some lousy third party vendor that they farm their operations out to.They have offered credit monitoring services for a limited time as a meager consolation, but that doesn't change the hard cold fact that our financial safety and security is now compromised from this point forth due to MidFirst/Vio.They are just another lazy bank cashing in while moving fast, loose and recklessly on the backs and well being of their customers by offering precariously cobbled-together services comprised of risky ghost third party providers.

I just opened my account and I’m already done with this company. The banker (Angelica)told us she completed our account opening turns out she didn’t. She said she would call us when she fixed it. That was 2 weeks ago, no call. I called today to ask for the branch manager, the teller that answered said they would call me back well guess what they never called me back. This company does not care about building relationships with their customers at all. I will never bank with them again.And don’t comment for me to take my time out of my day AGAIN to call your 888 number when I did today and NO HELP.Also, they run new account promotions but the app doesn't work so you can’t do the requirements to get the bonus. So they just hold on to your money.The negative reviews speak for themselves

I have worked in the financial industry for over 15 years and never had experience with such a horrible bank. I had my Home Equity Line of Credit paid off via wire and there were excess funds owed to me. Regulation CC states that funds should be available same day or next based on posting time. It has now been over two weeks and I don't have a single explanation why my funds are not available. I have escalated the call, requested management to call, the director to call and no one calls back. I submitted a request with two representatives and after two weeks, nothing. I followed up after two weeks, a representative said management would call when they have time. It had been over two weeks and supposedly they do not have time. I really hope someone at a higher level in this organization sees this to make a change within their organization. Their customer service is horrendous and they are failing to abide by federal regulations regarding excess holds of funds. I would highly recommend no one ever banks with them. They refuse to assist and just read off scripts. Anything that needs to be escalated will not be handled. I have also reported them to the BBB and filed a complaint with the CFPB about failing to abide by federal regulations.

Chase mortgage sold my account to them and when they reported the account to the credit bureau they didn't show any payment history and and they assumed I was delinquent on payments and my credit score dropped 97 points!!!!

Worst mortgage company ever. Our original mortgage company sold to Midland and they never answer the phone. The won't take our payments. We have 10 grand in fees that make no sense but no one will answer the phone or emails. We just sold our house and they gave us a pay off from December of last year and not 1 payment from this year is on there. It seems they have just been pocketing our payments bc they sure have not put them in our records. "

Horrible. No one knows what is happening there. One day it takes 3-5 days, the next time it takes 20 days. **** ***** outrageous. One department does not know what the other departments are doing - each department is there own entity without regard for the big picture. Erroneously reported on my credit. Trying to leave with a refinance from another bank has been horrible. No of the finalizing information was correct. Not my first rodeo with mortgage companies and this one is the worst!Less than 1 star for sure!

Beware! This bank is scamming people on the internet with fake monifi accounts that has an app that doesn't even work and then they steal your money. if you call the customer support number on the back of your debit card these people don't even know what type of account you have, midfirst or monifi without asking you what your debit card looks like. then when they find out you have a monifi account they tell you that department doesn't work till tomorrow to call back even though you're calling on a weekday during business hours. What a joke

Honestly they need a zero. My mortgage was sold to them in September. I have never in my life been late on a mortgage payment. When trying to refinance to another bank, they sent a mortgage verification that states I have been delinquent 7 months. They report on months they did not even have my mortgage. I am now not able to refinance and they are not savvy enough to update the system. What they have done is illegal.
