We used to love this daycare.This was the first daycare I put my daughter in and was so happy at first. The staff in the infant classroom was beyond amazing and loved my baby so much. She always had a great time and learned so much!They hired a staff member for the infant class that caused several issues and they addressed it immediately.But all of that got lost as soon as my daughter started transitioning to the toddler classes. One full day my daughter was missing from 8-2 and only had 2 hours worth of things written on her sheet. They bounced her between classes, didn’t know where she was at the whole time and lost so much clothes and her favorite pacifier during the time.My last straw was when she was officially in the toddler classroom. There’s a teacher who is constantly using her phone, always looks annoyed with the kids, always yelling at them and rolling her eyes. It wasn’t until my mom picked her up and noticed this same teacher forcibly holding a child and forcing his sippy cup on him while the child was in visible distress.I made a DHS report but nothing has been done so I know they will continue to operate this way.I tried to contact them regarding this situation before DHS and I got hit with the “we will talk to her and your child won’t be around her anymore” no correction at all.I took a loss on all of the items they lost for us just to get her out of there. This has made trusting any other daycare extremely difficult.

My children love this daycare. I love Vicky and how helpful she is to me and my kids. Vicky is always available to talk and always treats my children perfectly. Ms. Maxine, Ms. April, and Ms. Jasmine are some of the best daycare teachers that I have ever met and this is the 3rd daycare my kids have been to and I doubt I will move them again. Ms. April is very attentive and always listens to any concerns about my son and has even started helping him with his walking. My daughter absolutely loves going here and cries when it's time to go home because she wants to stay with her friends. They always call me if something happens and let me know that there will be an incident report in the front office for me. There was an issue with one of the newer teachers calling me because she couldn't console my son but after I talked with Vicky it was handled. Overall, I love this facility and so do my children.

My Grandson attends and has done very well since placement and goes right to the staff with open arms. All questions are answered immediately and they have always been very sweet.

I selected this facility because it is one of the top rated facilities in the state. On 09/02/2015 I noticed immediately when I arrived to pick up my daughter that her hair had been washed and was laying flat to her head. I made a joke about it to her teacher , we chuckled and I left. When I got home and started feeding my daughter dinner I noticed a small gash on the left side of her head and the area was swollen. I took my baby to the emergency room b/c of the swelling. She is 7 months old and of course cannot tell me what happened. I called the facility and asked if anything was passed along that my daughter fell or was dropped. The manager told me no. The manager attempted to get in contact with several other teachers my daughter made contact with that day. All of those attempts were unsuccessful. The manager advised me that she would have the director of the facility call me in the morning. I didnt hear anything from anyone the next day, so I decided to call myself. Talked to the director. I felt like I have been getting the run around since. I was promised to be able to review the surveillance video from that day. I still havent seen it. I was told there was a incident report generated. I havent received a copy. I was told by the director that the teacher I picked up my daughter from that night "no longer is with us". The lady quit... At this point I still dont know what happened to my daughters head. In the process of finding another facility and reporting the incident to the licensing department.I know accidents happen all the time, but I feel as if this was truly an accident why not report it. Why was this covered up and I wasnt made aware of the situation. The director of the facility has been giving me the run around and insulting my intelligence with feeding me BS.

I've used this daycare several times because of the time frame their opened. But I now see no point in using this daycare considering they're closed more than any other daycare and call me consistently to pick up my kids.Literally Every other week at least. I understand if your child has a fever or throwing up but anything else really shouldn't be a problem. I've literally had to pick up my son because they " can't make him stop Crying " so therefore could never succeed at a job. Lol They also will not allow any teething meds which is extra an by a certain age no pacifiers Allowed I believe by like 1yr old. Just note these things before you go an lose hours at work due to having to pick up your babies for minor things. They never hurt my kids but they only change diapers once an hour hmm ? Nope don't think so lol.

We love having our 1 year old in Ms. April’s class! She’s great! I also love how the director is always available to talk and cares about the kids!

My kids love everyone from the director to the office staff teachers and cooks. They've helped me in my hard times and times of need . If I ever have concerns there always addressed immediately.

I Raeleigh Vincent attended Kinder castle as a young girl was treated with love and care the children are all loved and most of the same teachers are still there from when I used to go now my children attend there and they love it I love the way they take care of my own children and I have to say they are great at teaching and tending to every child that needs care in every way possible love this place would recommend to everyone that I know ?
