Just started dealing with these guys today, and the service was incredible. Chuck Henninger was very thorough with helping me find parts for a generic range that I have not been able to find parts for anywhere! Chuck went above and beyond, even driving to the warehouse to grab the part we believed was correct and sent a picture so I knew it was the correct part. Amazing service. Will be doing more business with this distributor going forward.

Had the best experience with Mike at the Oklahoma City location. Helped me over the phone, was attentive and saved the day shipping out a missing part I couldn't find anywhere else.

Horrible customer service very sad how they treat people had a guy out today working on the fryers in purcell at pizza Hut think his name was Matt I will make sure next time he's not the one that comes out. It was a wow but the wrong kind some people just have no respect.

If you aren’t willing to pay overtime up front you will be put off for those poor people that MUST pay overtime. I called on a Wednesday and they said they’d let me know when a tech could come. The tech called back on the next Thursday - I said no thanks. It’s a shake down for overtime pay as if they weren’t charging you enough already.

be aware from this company , trying to cheat people for money.I called warranty company for my freezer and they showed up , tryingto charge me by $ 278 FOR WRONG DIAGNOSTIC stating that'sthe probes need to be changed . when I called George's Heat & Airthey found the problem from the sensor.Highly not recommended for any restaurant!!!!
