Paul is an excellent jeweler! I had an old heirloom diamond pin that had a broken clasp. He removed some of the stones and created a pendant for me and some earrings for my soon to be born grand daughter. Both pieces came out beautiful! The prices were very reasonable, (way less expensive then major jewlers) he was patient and it was a quick turnaround. Highly recommend! PS. He also created an engagement ring for my son a few years ago. Also gorgeous.

Oh my gosh! Such a great place! My ring is beautiful and Paul was so nice! He took all my information and gave me exactly what I wanted! I have had the worst experience with H&A. Since Paul took over we have had the worst customer service provided each time I have had to call or go in. My ring was bought last December and we have already had to have diamonds replaced at least 3 times. We also had to have it re-designed since they said the way they sold it to was was "poor quality" yet they still sold it to us (without telling us at the time). We also had to pay for them to fix their mistake and remake the ring. I have never had a customer service professional treat me the way H&A does and will never do business with them again. The quality of service provided along with the quality of the jewelry is not worth it. They have not made anything easy on us at all.
