They require you to prepay via PayPal, and then when your moving day comes, they can't be reached and don't show up. I had to dispute the transaction with PayPal and my credit card company.

"Good" is definitely not the definition of this company. I hired them to unload a truck for me, and they required prepayment via PayPal in order to book with them. Not only did they not show for the job, they did not return any phone calls, text messages or emails. I eventually ended up filing a dispute with PayPal and my credit card company and filed a Better Business Bureau complaint against them. THIEVES! Can't say I didn't warn you!

Would not recommend this company. We had a confirmed appointment for 9:00 a.m. and they never showed up. Left numerous messages throughout the day and the calls were never returned. This created quite a hardship since the apartment that my daughter was moving from needed to be vacated. We finally gave up waiting around for Good Brothers and hired another moving company. Convenient Movers in Oklahoma City came the next day on time, as promised, and did a great job.

I used Good Brothers to move my belongings from my house to a storage facility a few miles away. It took them much longer than other moving companies (which means more $$) and they broke and/or damaged about 70% of my things. I filled out the proper insurance papers and never heard a word. After many, many phone conversations with both Neal and his secretary and promises that the "check was in the mail", I finally filed a lawsuit. I won, of course, as they didn't even bother to show up to court. Over four years later, I'm still waiting on compensation for all the damage they caused. I wouldn't even give them one star, but otherwise I wouldn't have been able to post this. BEWARE!
