LOVE this Mexican Vibe Shop in OKC! They have all things Frida, the most colorful artwork, tons of beaded items, and intricate wood carved/painted decor! If you’re looking for planters, jewelry, clothing, or anything to give you a little pop of color in your life, this is the place! Also, the guy who worked at the counter was fantastic! Super knowledgeable and kind! You should stop by if you haven’t!

I love the culture, art and beauty in this wonderful shop! The atmosphere the owner has created is very fun, uplifting and colorful! Also including that the gentleman who works the front counter was so informative and knowledgeable of product.

Folk Life is one of my favorite stores in Oklahoma City. I have bought quite a few things there and given items from Folk Life as gifts. Items sold are authentic and the store owner has relationships with artisans and vendors in Mexico. I've traveled abroad several times and I'm happy to still be able to find these unique items made by artisans locally.

Always a favorite when I’m in OKC. Such unique and interesting items and the shop is curated with love and appreciation for the cultures and artisans represented. Live that they are also focused on fair pay and opportunity for the artisans.

Absolutely love this store and the unique things they offer! would say it is an absolute must to check out if you're visiting the plaza. The staff is fantastic and the store itself has items that I can't find anywhere else. Go check it out!
