If this Walgreens is going to close at 9 you need to update your hours!!! Every time I come here at 9 you're closed and it say you close at 10

I can always tell when Ms. Dawn is in the pharmacy, things seem to run smooth and I know, I leave satisfied. I have had a few issues with the pharmacy, the last was me standing in line to get my meds, the pharmacist looking at me and a few minutes later a worker comes up to inform me they are closed. It was 603 and they close at 6 only meaning I was there before they closed and should have received my meds which was already paid for because I prepaid for my meds. A few days ago I was in the drive thru to pick up meds. The customer in front of me did not have insurance information. Ms. Dawn went above and beyond to search for insurance information. She was friendly and patient, something that lacks at times but never with her. She did find insurance information for him and explained to him what he needed to do. He was wanting to pay and do whatever was needed later. Her suggestion saved him a lot of money. That is like going to McDonald's and ordering a burger, fries and drink, it costs more buying it separately but a worker that cares, will suggest the meal to save money and that's what Ms. Dawn did. I am confident to say, had she been there the lady turned me away, she would have waited on me. Thank you Dawn! My 5 stars is for Dawn.

I tend to be nice when doing reviews. I'm done being nice. This has to be the worst walgreens ever. Of all time ever in the history of walgreens THis should be called we hate u walgreens WE lost everything were unorganised we dont care walgreens its like ghetto martha took over this walgreens and Answers the phone with. Ahh naw i dont care whatever click This is the Hood version of walgreens You aint get no service no receipts you probably aint getting medicine from here goodluck on that ... You defiantly aint getting no receipts and no records they going loose yo stuff You wont even exist here and they defiantly aint answering questions... They so mean They'll just be like whatever and hang up on u.. I dont even think they try. it's like covid just made this walgreens hate the world. * they have no record of me filling a perscription?*** Huh how is that possible.. The staff at this walgreens are terrible. I would ask them questions like what medications do I have on file, And they would be like , Well what do u want? And they never answer my question. For instance I'd have a perscription from a year ago they would fill the new one , but then would kinda just let the oldest one expire instead of filling the old one first. Things that dont make sense at all. I've argued with them about just trying to ask simple questions to them , What medication do I have on file seems to be to difficult for them to comprehend. I've gotten answers like "OMg its the same thing everytime" or I dont have time for this. The pharmacy manager here i fell like hates his job. The staff here i feel like hate their customers. I hate calling here. I hate going here. If it weren't close to my house I'd never go there again They are Unhelpful and wont answer questions. They will skip your old medicatons. They will loose your receipts you wont even have a record of what medications you got because it wont be on file It'll be like u never came here I got in a car wreck filled medications here. and theres no record of me ever filling my medication there. Which is crazy because i need the receipts one to get my money back and give to my lawyer. NO records NO help Don't expect anything but Lack of help and your perscriptions being lost or no receipts or Excuses or I Don't have time for this. Lack of answers Worst walgreens ever. If you can Just go anywhere else. Don't go here

Poor customer service, shelves stocked with known broken merchandise, employees telling customers not to come back, managers ditching their responsibilities. FRIENDS DON'T LET FRIENDS SHOP AT WALGREENS!!!

Stopped by Walgreens to buy a Christmas present. My husband and i also wanted to buy a bottle of wine. I put the wine on the counter to pay for it and also a price check on some face cream. We were both told we needed an ID both of us are in our mid 50's. I live up the street, so i left my purse at home. My husband had his ID. The clerk refused to sell to sell it to us, cause i did not have my ID? They have pot stores, 4 on every corner, but refused to sell us one bottle of wine! Ridiculous!!! Will not be back!!!!

It's a Walgreens... they always have what I need in stock. Nothing outstanding, but nothing to make me go to a different location. Staff is usually pretty friendly.

If there were negative stars I would give it to them. I had the absolute worst experience here. Girl checking out was not empathetic that they didn't take my insurance and was not helpful to point me in the direction for help- literally just stared at me. Told me maybe CVS and they took all day send my prescription over to the other pharmacy. Simply rude, not helpful and Ive never had such a horrible experience... especially when you're sick!!! Honestly shocking. Step it up.

The pharmacy and pharmacist are a complete joke. They are rude and have no customer service skills at all. When I went to pick up a prescription, I was told it was across town. After picking up two prescriptions earlier the same day. I told them it was an obvious error and the pharmacist replied "he can't fill the prescription due to professional courteous he didn't want the other Walgreens to lose $40 over the prescription". First off, they would have lost it anyway because I wasn't about to drive over 45 minutes to pick it up. Secondly, what about customer service? Shouldn't you help the customer who needs their medication versus trying to pick the corporate high road and deliver awful customer service. All in all, I'm taking my business elsewhere. After reading all of their reviews, anyone looking for a pharmacy should too.

I came to get a script that should have been ready for me (after my insurance gave me the go ahead on it & after double checking with who confirmed doctor who confirmed that it was sent) they sent my text notifications from wal greens said it would be ready. Well it wasn't. At all. They asked me to wait 15 minutes & it would be ready. After 50 minutes I'm writing this review. This place sucks. They filled other people's scripts that came in after I did. I'm switching pharmacies.
