Buyer beware! I've been frequenting pawn shops for my entire adult life, and this location is by far the worst one I've been to. The staff will lie to you, and say anything to make a sale. They're extremely rude and disrespectful to customers. I would highly suggest you go to the next closest EZ Pawn location, unless your okay with being lied to and scammed.

Had the idea that everybody else did I guess because the line was almost out the door when I got there at 3:50, they close at 4. After about 10 minutes I hear someone saying something about everybody waiting until the last minute to come in possibly saying it was stupid. Either way you could tell she was irritated that the line was so long. At first I thought it was someone in line but then found out it was the employee who I think might be the manager. Short, middle aged white woman with black hair. I’m sure we all heard it but a customer spoke with another employee about it saying how we can all hear her and it was rude. The employee she spoke with was trying to rationalize what she said like that somehow made it okay to speak that way about people. So I finally get up to the checkout area and the employee that the lady in line spoke with told the manager who said it and she could care less and said the lady probably heard what she wanted to hear. Nope, she heard just like everybody in the line, you might be frustrated but that’s something you should keep to yourself, at least wait until the customers you’re talking about aren’t in the store. She actually doubled down on what she was saying saying it was dumb or didn’t make sense to come in right before they close. She kinda kept taking noise the whole time cause I heard her still talking about it when I was leaving. It didn’t really phase me too much but the customer who was bothered by it wasn’t wrong. Honestly that kind of behavior is somewhat common there. Guess I’m a creature of habit cause I go to that one but have to pass several on my way there. Don’t think pawn shops are typically known for their great customer service but there could still be a level of professionalism. Wish I had gotten that customers name, she said she was a counselor so she advocates for everybody. I’m looking for a counselor lol.

Sells fake gold !!! Stay away from buying necklaces or big pieces of jewelry from them. Also charged me more than we agreed on while negotiating.

They have the slowest people ever working there. They are rude and they have this one employee that is so busy in others business he forgets the customers he's dealing with. If it wasn't around the corner from my place I wouldn't have went there. Be prepared!!!
