I came in today and the line was very long and the cashier seemed to be calling to another associate for help and they weren't helping at all. That lady doesn't deserve that.

The worst experience I’ve ever had!!! I hate leaving a negative review, but there was a woman working at the store, and I wasn’t sure she worked there because she did not have a name tag, but work a green satin shirt and a black skirt and nice flats. Her hair was a horrible mess. Irrelevant, but she seemed very concerned about a personal bag she moved with her whenever she moved from her freight cart to the register.
I came in for a few items for my new house and asked if she worked there. She responded, “I don’t know, do I?” Okay, fair. Dumb question, but I wasn’t sure and I didn’t want to bother a fellow shopper. I later see her checking others out and moving back to the freight cart to unload it. I approach her again and say in a hushed, respectful tone, “excuse me? Could you-“ and she cuts me off and begins to yell “WHAT? WHAT DO YOU NEED, DEAR?” Head cocked, nasty look on her face. I am neurodivergent and hate asking strangers for help, and I was so shaken up, I checked out and left. I did ask her name, I believe she gave me a fake name. She said “It’s MISS Mary to you.” I told her I hoped she had a better day. She was very polite and considerate to the people in line before me but refused to converse with me what so ever once it was my turn, purposely crunching my food items, and only told me my total and the line about her name. MISS Mary, I hope you get fired.

Never going back to buy here at this store the lady was extremely rude had the worst attitude ? started throwing the stuff from the basket and was very rude I left everything and left their is no way I will tolerate this type of behavior from any one!!! Very disrespectful!

Waited outside for 15 minutes after open still doors were not open. I was on a time crunch and have a newborn baby that i carried all the way to the door in 40 degreesI saw absolutely no one inside that worked thereTried to call and phone was busyWhoever is running this place needs to get it together or hire people that will show up and do their job. Or change your hours???????

I was inside this store today this is usually where I come to get my cracklins at before work there was a. There was a line of about 15 people and one cashier checking them out, there were three workers up at the front and none of them would jump in or could jump in to help the line. One was just looking through boxes maybe she was stalking from up front, the other one was sitting down smacking eating some chips. When the girl eating the chips got up she just started sweeping the floor not the whole floor just a small area of the Ford. They're so far is only one person up there at this location that works it works hard that I have seen so far. I had to put my stuff down so I would not be late for work I do not normally have this bad of an experience at Dollar tree but with three people up front and 12 to 15 people in line someone else should be on a register even if you open it up for just cards it is better than nothing.

The few times I have gone by the shelves are super mixed up and I have had to wait at the register for someone to eventually come check me out. A lot the shelves weren't getting re-stocked for non-seasonal items.

This location is very urban. There are typically a lot of pedestrians and the main thoroughfares are separated by a median. The parking lot can be congested and entering/exiting can be troublesome. The same sweet lady is always at the register. Not my preferred location.
