the girl at counter: she had tank top on, no bra, pants sagging in front with underwear showing bad. but what was really bad I had to wait on her to guit texting to even wait on me an others were in line also. i put money on counter an she said : where this money come from ?? : worsed service i ever got from there. 4-13-23 at 17:24 time # store #03948

This has got to be one of the worse dollar generals I have been in. Each and every cashier I have encountered in the last 6 months have been rude. They don't make eye contact. They don't tell you if you are forgetting a bag. They use profanity and talk about their personal lives from across the store. Just a lack of even the slightest professionalism. The store itself is usually a mess. Shelves are always disorganized. Like the place was ransacked. I will say that so far I have not come across any expired items which is why they have 2 stars.

This location is awful! Everytime I go in and try to use my coupons, on their app. I am told I can't. Today I wanted to buy 2 gift cards taking advantage of their special of getting $5 off. This store told me that they only sell them separately and I was wrong about the ad, even after showing them. The woman told me all I do is complain (yeah, I want the specials and to use my coupons) so I'm no longer allowed in this store.

Today is a hot day outside and it was extremely hot inside the store. While I was shopping, every customer that came in made a comment about how hot it is in the store. I asked the cashier why it's so hot and he informed me that the A/C is not working correctly and that they have told upper management. Hopefully this gets fixed since summer is coming. Employees were extremely nice and helpful despite having to work in hot conditions.

This place is great. I like to walk here to avoid the crazy lady at the mexican grocery store or when i dont feel like walking half a mile to walmart. staff is friendly. store is clean. The ladies worked during the snow storm!thank gawd i needed supplies and they are close to my home.

We pulled up at 4:47pm and open the door, the shorter blondish brown haired girl started yelling “WE CLOSE IN 2 MINUTES, YALL HAVE 2 MINUTES TO SHOP” there was a sign hung on the door that said they will be closing at 5pm. So I checked my phone and the time was 4:49. My mother went in last night and tried to buy Dr. Pepper and Mtn. Dew and she put a limit on how much she could buy. We’ve called other Dollar Generals and they said they haven’t done that. My mother proceeds to tell her that she is a paying customer and has a right to buy the Dr Pepper and mtn dew. But the worker doesn’t want to sell her the soda so my mother puts the soda back in the cart and the worker tells “don’t throw MY SODA in those carts” and then she banned my mother. Nothing was in writing and nothing was signed. She didn’t call the cops because there wasn’t a reason to, but apparently my mother is banned. My mother has contacted corporate so hopefully they will do something about this so we can get y’all somebody better to work that store. PSA: There is NOT a corporate limit on the soda.
