Mario is a master of his craft! I called Mario yesterday, 08/28/2024, and he got me scheduled for a detail service first thing the following morning. I got there this morning a bit before the scheduled appointment to take some before pictures of my car, and he was ready to get started as soon as I was done.
He walked me through the various options I could get (basic cleaning/detailing service vs. various levels of ceramic coating) and told me exactly how much each would cost. At no point did he try to push me towards a more expensive service. I went with the basic external detail and ceramic coating for 1 year protection. He quoted me at $280 for my vehicle (new 2024 Hyundai Ioniq 6), which was slightly lower than the price online due to it being new and only having to do the exterior.
Throughout the day, Mario kept me informed of his progress including any issues he came across. He sent pictures with his updates so I could understand what he was referring to. At one point, he noticed that some paint was scratched near the hood of the car, and said if he can't fix it, then I could take it to Hyundai to get it repainted. Turns out I don't need to take it to Hyundai because he did a phenomenal job of fixing the issue.
Throughout the entire process, Mario was incredibly friendly and professional. It's obvious he knows his stuff and is passionate about what he does. It was a pleasure doing business with him, and I will absolutely be back!
Also, the price he quoted me at the beginning was the price I paid at the end of the day when I went to pick up the car. No surprise fees, no haggling, just an upfront quote before he even started the work.
tl;dr: if you need a detailing service for your vehicle, this is the place to go. Mario is fantastic at what he does, and he is incredibly helpful throughout the entire process.

We had Mario detail our car recently and we were so pleased with the results. We have two rambunctious toddler boys so you can image how dirty it was. We also had some soup spilled on the carpet and I am sensitive to smells. We had never had it detailed since we bought the car used. We upgraded to do the quartz and so glad we did it! The car seems to stay cleaner longer. It's been a few days and we have been driving all over and not speck of dust anywhere and no odors. Our car is also parked outside in the elements, so it gets hit by our sprinklers all the time. So glad we did this, and we will be back with our other cars! Thanks Mario!

I bought this 2013 Scion FR-S used back in 2022. It had never been detailed before and it was obvious. I've never had a car detailed before, so I wasn't sure where to go, but the high reviews here caught my eye. Great price and great work! All the swirl scratches and washed out black plastic parts were shining again like new and the inside was amazing. He even buffed out the foggy headlight. Thank you for the military discount as well. :)

Our vehicle turned out incredible and far exceeded expectations. Mario completely transformed the appearance of the vehicle, which had been neglected for some time, into something that my 16 y/o is now thrilled to drive. Thanks, Mario!

Mario is reliable, diligent, and resourceful. He was able to get me in on a very short notice (within hours) when I had an extensive food spill onto my cloth seat. He pays exceptional attention to detail (no pun intended), going over every nook and cranny inside and out and talking about crevices and creases I didn’t even realize existed. I’d been so excited to give my old man a spa treatment after his loyal service of 20 years, and Mario exceeded my expectations. He truly knows his stuff, and loves what he does. To boot, he’s a fun and great guy. He gave me some spare products he had on hand to help me keep my MINI looking pristine. First morning after, I could swear the MINI was turning heads on the road. He GLEAMED. Thank you, Mario!

Mario detailed my Mazda minivan I used to transport dogs for my pet services business before I sold it. He did an outstanding and unforgettably good job, even leaving the ozone machine with me for several extra days to get the dog smell removed. Thanks again for getting me top dollar for my car.

I recently had my Honda Passport detailed by Mario here in Oklahoma City, and when I picked it up, it was cleaner than when I bought it new from the dealership. I take my two dogs in this car all the time and you would never have known I even had dogs in this car (one is long haired). His workmanship is stellar. When I came and picked up my car he took the time to walk me around and explain everything he had done. I believe he went into every nook and cranny of the car and them some. I would highly recommend his work. He is in another league and a lovely person as well....Lynn G.

I stupidly had a fire extinguisher go off in my wife's car. Detailing By M worked like the artist he is and lets just say my wife and I are back on talking terms. I don't think my car was that clean when it came off the assembly line. Detailing by M knows his stuff and I highly recommend him.
