This place won’t even ask you details about your call before hanging up in your face. I called to ask if they’d purchase my indoor security system and Brett, said we have our own and hung up. Just dumb… How unprofessional. Ick!

Came in to check out some tools, nice place ! I don’t recommend doing any business w/ them . Unless you you feel like being treated less than . I’m content that I only employee people w/ solid customer service skills . Takes a lot for me, as a business owner to announce this publicly.Maybe that’s why there was no customers there ? I called this place the guy was not friendly. He was very rude and would not listen I have missing items from my vehicle and the people refused to help me. I even called back and they ignored my out of state phone number. Very disturbing

Everyone recommended this guy for my jewelry, so I Brought some turquoise and silver jewelry in, not sure if it was his time of the month of his ego or what but he was incredibly rude and not even reasonable. Wanted $25 for 3 pairs of stamped earrings and two stamped rings. An insult to the Native American artist and me. I ended up selling everything on Facebook for $175. I would not recommend this pawn shop to anyone in fact I tell them to avoid this place. I hope word of mouth catches up to this place.

Emailed to see if they were interested in my item. I know the item is a unique collectible but they have been selling on eBay for around 3400-3900. When asked what I wanted for it I said 2700 knowing they'd lowball me around 1000-1200, but then we could start the actual negotiations going for it or get the price that they had in mine for it or hell just professionally say that they're not interested, but only got a reply saying "Good Luck". I would expect that from a Facebook marketplace seller. Not a actual business. So I have to give this place a 2 star for interaction. Thanks Mark.

One of the worst experiences with any shop ..I came home to visit family from Washington DC...as a US Marine and NATIVE American I heard they had a good selection of Native stuff.. I was told to wait. As they helped someone that came in after me..after I asked is the turquoise was real the old man said " your holding it in your hand" I told him that is not what I asked...rude older men fun this place probably prejudice because the way I was handle..very offended as a U.S.Marine, Native American and Oklahoman.

yelp, pleasant, professional employees. also who go that extra mile to be helpful with ones needs. they also are helpful with information to help solve ones needs with restoration and repairs of items. most of all, you can trust them ! I am always made to feel secure and as family. "your in good hands" with them. do them right and they will do you more than just right. a big help in your time if need. lifting up prayers for Brett's healing and complete restoration. in no time ! also for the hedge of protection round the store and staff ! sure am thankful for all their help they have given me !

Very poor customer service. Very rude when talking to customers. Low ball everything they do. Very bad attitude. And ive been using them for a while. Nothing ever changes. Would rate lower but it wont let me. Taking my business elsewhere.
