If I could give zero, I would. Yesterday I let my dog out to potty at 2:55. Noticed he was missing at 3:05. My family started looking immediately. Finally received a call at 8:55pm. Picked the dog up and the girl said she was a vet tech and tried to belittle us for our dog. This boy is spoiled beyond measure. He's old so he is going to have issues. The girls lied about where they found him according to two neighbors. The one that said she was a vet tech but post anything on any site saying he was found at 3:05pm and they picked him up from the side yard. He would have been found at 3:05 if they hadn't tried to steal him. I called this vet this morning and the receptionist almost had me going up to confront personally. She was RUDE and tried to criticize me. I asked what time my boy was brought in and she said 3pm. I asked a few more questions and she continued being rude and belittling. They scanned the chip but let my dog continue home with these girls. Why? You had all the information. Call and we would have come up to get him immediately and probably set up service with the vet for the remainder of the old boys life. NOT AFTER THE WAY I WAS TREATED! Be careful with this place. They don't give a SHIT about your pet! Also, they treated a dog for an eye issue he was already being treated for WITHOUT OWNERS CONSENT! Bad, bad business practices going on here! I'm beyond pissed off!!!!

This place employs a vet tech who took our dog from our property, had him scanned for a chip at 3 pm and while my family and I frantically searched all over for him they kept him. When they eventually gained a fucking conscience and called us at 9 pm to let us know they found our baby, we were met with judgment and accusations that we were neglecting our dog. Do not go here. They are judgey and if you have a lost pet they will not care.

I really love Dr. Worland, she has always been professional and helpful. After the pandemic it seems like they've implemented a lot of inconvenient rules, which could be considered necessary by some. The worst thing now is the prices seem to have skyrocketed. If you have the money & time I think this place is awesome.
