Started off at one car lot and ended up here at Caspian Auto. The process was VERY fast and I got into a beautiful low mileage vehicle at a good payoff price, fair down payment and AMAZINGLY low monthly payments! Now, to all the amazing people that helped me at Caspian Auto…. You have NO IDEA how much y’all have BLESSED my kids and I at this moment in our lives! Thank you all SO very much!!
Update: not even 12 hrs after driving it off, the brakes went out on me. They “fixed” it 3 times and I still had to take it to a shop to pay to get it fixed… less than one month later, AXLE was literally sitting in my lap. It had been rattling since I bought it. Was told it was this and that until the day it fell off. I MYSELF changed it. Transmission and transmission pawl was going out since I drove it off the lot. Didn’t tell me that the car was salvaged and had a rebuilt title. I was paying about 8.000 more than KBB value on a SALVAGED car. So much more. Don’t go to them!
