Be VERY wary if you are a woman shopping here! I went to get a lawn mower, thinking I would do my husband a favor. I went here and spent over $200 on a lawnmower and a weed eater. They ABSOLUTELY played me. They sold me a lawn mower that can not be used. They refuse to take it back. The lawnmower doesn’t cut grass without the bag being on it. It is missing a metal piece that goes on the lawnmower, that a bag attaches to. So now I have to spend over $100 on that. I could have just purchased the lawnmower brand new for all that. They are scam artists & they refuse to do anything about it. So if you don’t know what you’re doing- don’t trust them to be honest because they are NOT! I am so upset that they don’t even care that they played me. They really should be ashamed of themselves. I will tell everyone I see to make sure they don’t shop here. They had not a single care in the world that they took advantage of a woman. They knew what they were doing. I specifically told them that I had no idea about lawnmowers. He could have told me it needed the bag to work. I am so ashamed to be living in the same universe with people who can take advantage of people in that way. We even asked if we could take it back to them and pay the difference for a different one and they said, “We can’t take back gas powered equipment” and we told them it’s not gas. It’s battery powered. Then they said, “Oh. Well we can’t take that back sorry”. Like what? Shame on y’all.

I will never go there again been twice and was told my jewelry was worthless and one of the rings I bought from them and it was yellow and white gold with a diamond. Then I took my very old white gold wedding set and two other very old gold rings real 14k gold and was also told was worthless so I went to another pawn place in Moore, where I should have went in the first place and had no problem there and was told in fact they were all real gold and diamonds!! Plus the guy was very rude and was treating my rings like they were trash!!

When all other pawn places pretty much wouldn't even talk to me without driving to them with my stuff. This place, the female manager took the time to talk to me and help me understand what I should bring and about how much I could get. These days with gas prices like they are that kind of customer support is very helpful.

Totally satisfied with my experience with them. I came during my lunch break,ran in told the attendant I was in a rush and could ome back after 5 he said he could rush me through 9 min later I was back in my car going back to work! 9 min later who does that lol absolutely recommend them

They will rip you off in a heartbeat. Save yourself the trouble and just go to Captain Pawn if you ever need anything. They are honest there.

This location is unprofessional and will take your money i went into the store paid on my pawn the clerk which was a man whom looks like a drug users keep my change I called and spoke with the manager she stated we're about to close I will call you back it's now been 3 days no call back however everyone be careful when dealing with this location.
