The worst pawn shop I've ever been to .the worst customer service they lady was rude and acted putout to help Mr because she was to busy talking about someone baby she knows and the person in front of me she gave him 35 a too same tool same condition as mine she insulted me with 2 dollars a tool she said "" it's late you cam do that or have nothing beouse were elsebuou going to go white boy that's quoted what she said to me don't go there they literally are racist towards white people

Iv dealt with cash America for many years. I just say this location is by far the worst I have ever been to. The manager or whatever he was rude and had no clue to what he was even talking about. Sucks for me because this location is a block away f on my house. But I'll most definitely never go back to that one with any of my business. I suggest getting a manager or som staff that treat customers correctly and actually know what they are talking about.

Customer service was absolutely horrendous! Had me standing there waiting for 20-25 mins before I asked if I would be helped and was finally told no one was qualified to help! So instead of saying that, They just ignored me and let me stand there! Absolutely atrocious

I walked in and they didn't even notice me. I was not greeted at all going in or going out. I stood at the jewelry counter for a moment, still nothing. I would not recommend this place. They are also super expensive, plus no greeting makes it unsatisfactory.

Don't waste your time. These idiots have no idea what they're buying. I did sell them a pellet gun that I bought for 15 for 20 though so sometimes they're idiots in a good way.

Horible customer service I had 400 dollars worth of tools and batteries there excuse to me was they didn't have any room for mystuff so they offered me 60 bucks no wonder yalls business is failing get nicer people in there your business masters to flourish
