I would suggest nobody to go here!
Came to buy a lawn mower that was over filled with oil. It started up twice. With smoke coming out. The manager said it was just the oil. try start it when I get home... & It didn't start back up.!! Do u think they try to help! Nope!! Not even the district manager!!!! Poor excuse for a pawn shop. They are bad for business. & They don't deserve no stars..... In please don't take advice for the manager nor JoJo.

I want to give a big shout out to Rachelle, she said she was new but did a great job. The manager on the other hand was doing nothing, Rachelle was trying to help me, answer phones and it seemed like the manager got a attitude when she ask for help. The number one reason people quit is lack of training.God bless you Rachelle!

2 weeks ago I bought a gold chain. Supposed to be 14k gold. I needed cash and when I pulled it out of my jewelry box to take it to pawn shop I saw it had changed color! Every other link on the chain was black! Not gold! I paid 160 for it. How can a pawn shop sell a fake gold chain? I will change my review depending of the outcome tomorrow when I take it back. Hopefully they will refund me my money.*******update*******I went back to pawn shop and showed up he manager the chain. She mediately jumped to acción and took all necessary steps to solve the issue. Refunded my money completely and apologized. I gotta say I was very satisfied with her professionalism and excellent customer service. Thank you so much!

Be careful panning anything at this place. I encountered the manager Josh at another location wanting to pawn my purse. He sent me to another cash america saying that his girlfriend Christina would accept the purse for a pawn. After waiting a week I went to the location and he was there. He slipped me a sale contract and when I went back to pick my purse up he had sold it. All he kept saying was that's the contract you signed. Corporate isn't any better. There was a man there before me that they had did the same way. But I hope those cameras can do what he said they do.

I got a 32" tv Smart tv from them and when I got it home after a straightly leaving their store and taking it to the house then I plugged it up and noticed that there was a black line going down the side of the TV went to take it back they informed me that even if that was the same TV that I must have damaged it on the way home and they would refuse to replace it when it was not even 24 hours from the time I bought it and they refused to either replace it or refund my money so I advise you to use very extreme caution on buying any electrical appliance from this location

I have been a Cash America customer about 5 years already , and let me tell you this is the best one I ever been , I like the customer service , employees knows what they are doing well been trained , between Kissimmee Florida , Midland Texas and Oklahoma City , I recommend this one , if you want the real cost of your pawn come to this store , absolutely the best one , I had a great experience .

This Cash America is one of my favorite stores. Christina, the store manager, always goes out of her way to treat you well, and her staff are too notch people. I have purchased many items from this store, and I have always been extremely happy with all my transactions here. Michael, one of the employees, has always been personable and helpful, and they all greet you like they are glad to see you. Graham is also one of the nicest people I have ever dealt with in a store like this. And if you need help with carrying out any items purchased, they are more than happy to assist you. I will continue to shop here for years to come.
