I like their pizza by the slice but that's about it. It seems there's always a wait or a line. Tonight like other nights they've locked the door 15 minutes early for some reason. They already close way too early! 7-Eleven here I come...

They used to be good, both quality and service. The last few months food service was horrible. The first time I noticed it was when I went to pick up my order an hour before the food side closed and they were already breaking down the fryers and cleaning them. As a consequence, I didn't get the wings on my order. The most recent time is tonight. They weren't that busy and my order was 15 minutes behind the eta.

Did a propane exchange and purchased a new tank 8/18 went to use one of the tanks 8/25 and found it was defective unable to use swap over to the other tank that was purchased which was fine went to just swap out tanks with defective tank which can’t be done without manager approval so paid AGAIN still no receipt giving for that transaction either poor customer service have been going to this Casey’s for 4+ years no issues and I won’t be back I’ll just go to the 7/11 across the street ??

I walked in to get pizza . There was no fresh pizza , I asked how long it would he and he said 10 minutes. He was building sandwiches with gloves on, while eating chicken nuggets with those same gloves. 15 minutes go by and there’s still no pizza. Then he tells me it will be another 10 minutes because he has to make the pizza. 20 minutes later there was still no pizza .

I go here every morning before work, and really, I'm just trying to call to see if I've left an item there. Why is it so hard to call Casey's and actually get ahold of a person? & then they get upset for us coming in with attitudes because we've been trying to call to save ourselves the trip. I don't fucking understand the logic here.

Loved this store when they opened a couple years ago but they have gone WAY down hill! We enjoyed the fresh breakfast items and pizza but now its rare that they even have any available. I also enjoyed using the reward program but that too seems to be lacking lately, my account got hacked a few times and lost my points. We now go to the store just to the north for slightly better service.

Can someone in corporate get a good landscaping company to rescue this place? What an eye sore. I watched a worker get into a fight with a customer in the parking lot one day, too. This place is a little wild.

I went in to order a pizza due to the app not taking the discount off. To ask someone how to do it. Then I got sent to the pizza counter. The manager Donny started yelling at me. when I walked back over and a manager was helping me. She stated we will take the 5 off due to the error. Donny grabbed the receipt started saying no we do not do that. I asked him why are you being so rude. He said everyone loves me and I will be back. I will not be back in to any Casey’s due to being treated badly in front of my 15 year old child who was shaking her head the whole time. This is inappropriate for a manager to treat customers like this. When the whole store was full. Store 8000. Thank you to the manager who tried to help me, before Donny cut her off. This is not the first time the coupon of 5 dollars off does not work. As Donny said we do not give out free 5 dollars off.
