I've bought 2 campers from here but never again. Worst customer service ever. Tried to LITERALLY steal money from us by not refunding us on a faulty sway hitch we purchased from there that broke within 2 1/2 weeks, they claimed they had no record of it and even though they all remembered us purchasing it they wouldnt refund it. It wasn't until their regional manager was contacted and stepped in and they were forced to refund it bc she found it in their system that it "didn't exist in" in about 30 seconds. I'll never buy another camper or product from here again.

For the most part, it was a good experience.. My husband and I were pleased with our purchase.. The only thing I'd say needs tweeked is communication between staff and upholding small things that were told by staff to customers that would be taken care of....

Heartland Pioneer BH330 2023 "brand new".
Sawdust in the heating vents.
Furniture wasn't fastened into the RV properly.
All tanks had water sitting in them for who knows how long and wasn't drained or cleaned prior to leaving the lot.
Didn't replace the rusted anode rod but sold it to us with one.
Didn't communicate between sales and service; so, our secondary ac unit isn't ducted into the main unit as it was sold (which we paid extra for).
Doesn't return phone calls. Can't supply adequate info for any model you own, only generic knowledge that isn't helpful to your specific model.
They're all cowards looking for a quick buck and refuse to do their due diligence in making sure they stand by what they sell.
I could go on. If you were considering buying from Camping World - don't.

The Regional Customer Service Manager reached out to me on my price matching issue not being honored.
She was kind, direct, and quickly resolved my issue.
Thorough customer service that is for sure worth something!

My slide got stuck out while I was camping 5 hours away from where I live. I took my camper to camping world and they had it for about 4 months before the repair was completed. I drive 4 hours to come pick up what I thought was a repaired camper just to see the slide was separating from the camper. They took pictures and asked to keep it another day to fix the camper. So I made arrangements to stay in the area for another day. Finally right before they closed on Saturday they said they have fully repaired the camper. I take it back home and put it away for the winter because at this point it’s in the middle of December.
The first time I take my camper out for the new season I put out my slide and when we are done camping I look over the camper and see I still have this issue. I have reached out to their service department got put on hold was told I’d get a call back and never do. Finally I speak to someone and they said I can take it to my local camping world for the repair and they would only cover it if it was determined to be their fault.
My local camping world will not schedule it unless this location approves it first. I now have a conversation with this location, my local location, and corporate and nobody will take ownership or schedule a repair. I have been trying to get this fixed for almost 2 years now and keep getting told to talk to someone else.
Not only did they mess up the repair but I had pieces missing inside the camper and damages to the inside of my camper. Nobody wants to do the right thing and repair the botched work and the pictures they took and all the notes are mysteriously gone and nobody seems to know what happened at the first repair.

I wish I could leave a -2 stars on this dealership for the lack of professionalism, customer support and vehicle maintenance. I purchased my 2024 Ram Rangeline Airstream from this Camping World back in January for over $150k. Since our purchase we have made multiple visits to get thinking fixed in our Van. Things like the fresh and grey water tank sensor not working or reading at all, refrigerator not getting cold, running light covers crumbling, generator faulty and dying, circuit breaker keep popping, dump light not working, shower floor cracking into piece, all the way to the shore power plug on the outside of the van was shorted out. A live wire was touching the metal inside the box and was electrocuting us. Significantly shocking our 4 year old and myself. We have called repeatedly requesting updates on parts that were supposed to be on order with no response for weeks at a time. The last time we took the van in, their maintenance team wired it back incorrectly. My breaking point is now, we just received a call from a new maintenance technician assigned to us who was completely rude and informed us that we need to bring our van in again for “photos”. Mind you, we live 1.5 hours from this location. When we asked why they have not done it the last 3 times we were in, they informed us that if we do not they will just cancel all of our service requests. This place does not treat their customers with any form of respect or courtesy. All they care about is selling broke RVs and then not supporting to get the issues fixed.
Please save your money and purchase through a company that actually values their customers.

My dog & I stopped in for parts for my vintage 1959 Dalton camper while traveling. Thank heavens I could bring him in with me! Temperature out was 104*! They worked hard to help me with a problem no one else had been able to fix.

Sales- we had a great guy sell us our fifth wheel, though he no longer works here. Finance- absolutely terrible. Service- when they want to, they do great. Most of the time we call 10 times to finally get our service person on the phone. They’ve honored our warranty, but it takes along time to get anything done.

I visited Camp World and Jayco and discovered they were pretty much the same company. But that wasn’t the issue. After several visits I finally found the RV that I like and could work for me. Signed paperwork, scheduled pickup and waited to hear from sales team it was ready to pick up..
I never received a call, so I called the morning I was scheduled to pick up. My sales person seemed caught off guard and acted like he didn’t remember.
I headed up there because something felt strange.
I got there around 9 :30 AM , my sales person seemed nervous and bewildered.
He was running around, and long story short 4-5 hours later he finally pulled around a Jayco Travel Trailer. I looked at the trailer and noticed immediately something was off. I walked in , TOTALLY DIFFERENT TRAILER, completely different floor plan. I asked him what is this ?
He tried to convince me it’s the trailer I wanted. I was so upset because he really tried to convince me it was the trailer, in spite the fact that it was smaller, the entire bed was missing and dining area missing ???
He went inside to check paperwork, never came back out. Horrible Experience!! I went to BOB HURLEY NEXT MORNING FOUND MY CAMPER.

Truman Kellam was an absolute pleasure to work with! He was upbeat and laid back, didn’t make me feel like the pushy other finance guys I’ve dealt with before.
Highly recommend asking to work with him!
