Should have gone to kalidy Kia. they treat you better and are better over all. Alignment was off. Had to go back A few times. And ended up going elsewhere. And just purchased a new one from kalidy.

My Jeep's check engine light came on, so took to Bob Howard to have it checked-out. Their Tech, Jordan Stull checks the code, "a misfire on one of the cylinders, and then immediately proceeds to tell me its not covered under a warranty. (An engine part-Not covered on a power train warranty-REALLY!). Then he tells me and my wife that we will have to pay $590 just to have them diagnose the problem. Against my better judgment I left the vehicle, which they promised would be kept inside, it wasn't, finally after one week without them even looking at the vehicle, I picked it up and took to it to a reputable shop. I'm giving them one star only because I can not give less. Savvy car owners should be advised that They lie, refuse to honor their word, and are exorbitant in their billing practices. While I have come to understand that Car Dealers are like dealing with carnival people, Bob Howard's customer service is the worst. (perhaps I should apologize to Carnival people).

Not sure if i replied already but stil loving the csr. And the guy that handled everything- including tutoring me on the car when i picked it up- was very professional. I spoke with him several times, before and after i bought the car. He was very helpful.
