We contacted Blue Diamond Signs on 10/8/2020 and asked them to repair an LED sign on our property. We were given a quote and were told they would repair our sign in three weeks. Today, 11/18/2020, (six weeks later), I called to request the status of our sign repair and was told that they were short-staffed and too busy to repair our sign. Furthermore, Donnie told me to call a different sign company for this repair.

I have been looking all over on the web for a great menu design and stumbled on this company. By the looks of the website and client references, looks like they know exactly what they are doing! I spoke with the owner directly and was very pleased with quality on how it turned out I ended up having him make our company signs for my all store as well. Very glad to do business with them and have referred a lot of friends to them as well.

I was looking for a window neon light display unit for my restaurants and came across this company. They have a LED version that looks just like neon but energy efficiency enough and fits my budget. The designer drew up what I wanted and a few weeks later arrived in once piece and it was easy to setup and hang. I definitely recommend and will use them again for my next set up.

Very professional communication and work. Was in need for a light up sign and some awning decals, they did a fabulous job. Prices are reasonable.

Does not do what he says he will do. Strung me along for 10 days between January 3 and January 13. Despite multiple attempts to schedule something, Donny was a no-show every time. On the 10th day, he finally told me to go somewhere else. Not trustworthy!
