Ed was amazing from start to finish he went above and beyond. They made my vehicle look brand new from the amount of work that was needed for my repairs from the hail storm. Great job, professional and courteous!

Went through ADR to get the hail damage on my car repaired.They did a perfect job. You literally cannot tell it ever had hail damage and there was over 200 dents.Very positive and helpful team at ADR. They will treat you like family.Highly recommend their service.Cheers!Service: Body & Trim

After dealing with the tragic experience of hail damage to my 2020 Toyota Corolla w/ 1,880 miles. I was really nervous shopping around for a body shop to do the repairs, as there were pop up shops everywhere after the hail storm that weekend. Usually you know someone that can refer you, but I didn't, so I did my research, read my reviews, read ratings. The couple times I searched online ADR always popped up first, reviews were top notch. Jeff was pleasant on the phone and accommodating with my schedule to look at my car. He explained in detail what would be done. He and Brian and other staff's customer service was 5 star, the shop was clean, they took care of all insurance communication, my experience was stress free and car was done when expected, looked brand new! I couldn't of asked for a better group of gentleman or company to work with. Thank you Jeff, Brian and team for such an AWESOME EXPERIENCE! I HIGHLY RECOMEND THEM and would use them again!Services: Auto glass repair

Jeff and his staff at ADR Hail repair treated me and my car with the upmost respect from Day 1. The process was seamless between ADR and my insurance company. They made sure my insurance estimate was accurate and reflected the quality of service I deserved. I picked up my car and it’s looked just as new as when I got it.
