I met Von and Andy a couple weeks ago when I was trying to look at a carpet shampooer. they were super nice and very informative and knowledgeable about the machine i wished to look at even though they don't sell it. they explained that they don't sell the model i wanted cause it is not a good machine and they want happy customers. They guided me to a machine that was far superior and cost less money. I then found out that they carry parts for my dyson that broke this past year. i took my dyson in so they could help me with a part and they said they could install it. They did a superb job fixing my dyson and it was done sooner than they said. If you need a vacuum or shampooer or even rug cleaner products, please go see them. They will be my go to place for vacuum needs.

Overwhelmed with making a decision to purchase online, I called this wonderful place and spoke to a most kind and helpful woman who eased my mind and left me feeling confident that I'd leave their store armed with exactly what I needed. A few days later, I visited in-store with Andy who patiently listened to what I was looking for in a vacuum and made his recommendation based on that and the cleaning challenges I face. I was able to take home a unit and all of the attachments for a 2 day trial. Lucky me went on a Friday and was permitted to keep it over the entire weekend during which I put it through a rigorous testing! I live a good distance and was rushing to get the lent unit returned, my new one bought and on to an appointment. I called ahead and gave Andy my color choice and upon my arrival he had it unboxed, assembled and all I had to do was hand over payment. They handled the warranty registration for me as well. I am so pleased with my new vacuum and am especially happy I opted to go to A1 instead of winging it online. Because of their knowledge and honesty I was sold the PERFECT vacuum and nothing more. I easily saved myself $400 as I was leaning toward the next model up simply because I wouldn't have known better. I'm looking forward to many good years with my Sebo and know A1 will take good care of it AND me all the way through.
