Worst Financial Institution I’ve ever used. The Truck Shop of Okemah forced this Bank on me for my Auto Loan. Instead of letter me use my credit union or personal Bank which should have been a red flag. The dinged my credit within 7 days of signing instead of the 30 days your allotted. Then they couldn’t get my title back in the 30 days. Due to them not filing with the state on time. They canceled the account and dinged my credit once more since there policy isn’t in there clients best interest a took my 740 credit score to a 520 in less then 30 days so I was ineligible to go to another Bank. Then when I called to reverse the matter they said there was nothing they could do. Currently I called to pay my truck payment today and now they won’t take a credit card payment for my truck not after I’ve paid 11 payments successfully to build my credit back up that they ruined. And said there policy has changed since 1-1-24. And they are unable to take a credit card payment. So if you are in need of a financial institution never use Bancfirst. Hopefully you find someone who looks out for you and treats you right as a client but these people will not!!!

Love BancFirst. In general, but this Okemah/ home Bank is my favorite. They have the best free banking that I know about. Friendly people. Treat you like a friend.

Treat their Customers right and Fix their ATM or change it out cause it's always broke and they won't refund your money.
