I was ignored 2 separate times that I was there. The last time I went, after waiting for 30 minutes, I was finally waited on. There were 3 other people who were working, but wouldn't even give me a second look.The lady, Barbara, finished with her last customer, and finally came to help me. I found out that I was over charged and deceived. I will never go back there again. They got me for over $400. It will never happen again.

Honestly I do not know how this place is still open, especially this one in Norman. There for awhile there was a new manager every 6 months we went in to have our rings inspected and every time they didn't know how to do anything. The manager now has been there for some time now and again, I have no idea how he has a job with his lack of customer service skills. After waiting for about 15 minutes while he continued to shoot the breeze with his friends I interrupted to ask if he could help me and he told me he would be there in a minute. If this place didn't have this ridiculous policy with their rings and having inspections we would take our business elsewhere.

We went there Saturday to sellect our engagement ring. Barbara was the wonderful lady who assisted us. She was wonderful as I looked at every ring they had. I fell in love with this one beautiful ring. And it now is on my hand. Wonderful experience!

Let me tell you about Lauren. She is wonderful, so kind and sweet it makes the whole experience a much more clam one. But that’s not why you should go see Lauren I went in with a very rough idea of something I kinda might like based off of designs I only saw online this is really where Lauren’s talents shine. After letting me touch and try one all the rings I liked none of them felt right we went to look at band/ wraps to help dress up a ring that I half liked. When we were there I saw a wrap that I LOVED, but the ring I half liked didn’t exactly go with it. When I tell you that Lauren took the wrap and put together the more gorgeous vintage heirloom style ring. She took all of my vague ideas and created a master piece. Truly went above and beyond. Then she wrote down styles, numbers and prices for my significant other to come in at a later date. Cannot rave enough about Lauren and actually listing to my random wants and putting them all together..great talent.

I am very upset with this place. My ring was under warranty so we could get it resized, but she talked me into a larger size assuring me that my fingers would swell so I would want the space, but we lost my ring and nearly had heart attacks for thirty minutes as we searched for it.Thankfully we found it, but they said I would have to pay to get my wedding band resized again to match my engagement ring and they didn’t even apologize or cover it even though it was their fault I chose the larger size. Do not let it be loose no matter what they tell you. I wouldn’t wish that feeling of losing your engagement ring on anyone. It also takes two weeks for resizing as they have to send it off.Update: they were gracious when I went back. I am still upset they are not paying for the other ring’s sizing, but I believe the sizing was an honest mistake, just follow your gut if they say you need a quarter size different. If it feels loose, it needs to be sized again.

She asked my what I was looking for (what kind of wedding set), and I really didn't know. The first one she chose I loved!! I tried on several different ones, and eventually ended up getting the first one she chose. Great service, BEAUTIFUL RINGS!!

I am extremely disappointed in Zales customer service overall. My engagement ring was bought from here and I got to wear it for only 2 months before it broke and lost 2 gems. Sent it in for repair and it has been with Zales for 3 months, longer than I ever got to wear it. Chatted with their "customer service" and they said the repair is done but it can't be shipped until the store reopens. I asked if I could have it shipped to my apartment and they said I have to contact the store, which is closed. They say they have no way to access the repair. My wedding is in 1 month and I may not have my ring to wear for it.. i am disappointed and incredibly sad.
