Meg was the most helpful saleswoman! I bought my fiancés wedding band from her and she was so nice and very knowledgeable about the wedding bands she showed me. Thank you for helping to make the weeks leading up to my wedding NOT stressful!!

Should've listened to all the reviews about repairs/fixes etc. Already having issues that are significant enough to make me wanna return it all. Just shop local. Or take it to a local jeweler if you can. This is absolutely ridiculous. Don't trust them to give you a date either. It won't matter.

I bought a Movado watch from zales. The claps broke took it back, then the whole experience was stressful. The assistant manager has been very rude. Had to go all the way to the general manager and call other stores because she won't let me speak to anyone above her. The clasp cost 300 bucks to replace ridiculous price. But I wanted my watch back get to look it over and it had multiple scratches. I show her she takes it back to clean it, I guess handed me the watch and said I don't see any scratch. Tried showing her by pointing at she would never look at and said it's not scratched. I said are you kidding me she said no get out my of my store now you are never welcome back.

I'm not sure what is going on. But,my order was shipped to the store on Thursday March 2nd. I've called and called and then was told by a friend it's been closed for a few days? So how will I get my ring I paid for?

Went in to get my ring checked and cleaned. The lady wouldn’t do it without the certificate that showed we purchased it there. On the front of the store it says free cleaning and inspection. Worst customer service ever

This place is has been getting worse every year if you like ppl getting to you face and false accuse you this is the placeThis is the 3rd time sending my wife's rings and mine to get inspections, clean, polish everything like that and this time was enough have a rude employee with sensitive feelings who you can't ask questions , she call the manager with it was a way ruder person come to me and have the worse attitude ever and hight voice tone almost yelling at me "do we have a problem " firt of it traine you employees to learn how answers questions ,if anyone is asking why I am getting charge explain them,if you have a client Try to be face to face with them no having you face on the computer screen talking to on a different direction learn to take the time and most likely try to love you job if you ain't happy there and you have hostile attitude torch costumer that just mean you not happy with you jobTo the manager who doesn't how to interact with ppl either if you are that type of leader don't expect you costumer no to decrease if you don't know how to earn costumer

Bought a ring online had it less than a month stone fell out , gave me the run around and now I have to pay out of pocket I would not recommend them to anyone the last person I talked to was Rachel W. She was rude and and not helpful , called the number to talk to some one and it hangs up on you , if you buy online the store will not help you at all . if I could give it no stars I would .

I went in one day to do a customized engagement ring and the lady that I worked with was extremely helpful and that’s why they earn the 2 stars. Two months later I go in to pick up my ring and as I’m going through the order I notice they gave me the wrong ring size. The lady who helped me make the ring in the first place was working at the time I picked up my ring and never once apologized for her mistake. In order to fix it I was told I could either leave the ring with them and have it sent to be resized but I wouldn’t get it until a month later, which was way later after I had planned to propose the other option they gave me was I could take it to another store in the mall and pay them myself to have them resize it, they never once offered to pay for their mistake. I decided to instead return the ring and go with another jeweler, when I did this the lady at Zales was very short with me while doing my return and I still never received an apology for the mistake they made. Thankfully the other jeweler I went with worked out. They got me my new ring in a timely manner and it was overall better product than what I would have gotten with zales.

This is my go-to place the staff has always been kind and friendly to me. I make many purchases from this place they have top quality diamonds the clarity is top-notch. Yes this place is a little more pricey than your average diamond Depot but despite what other competition says, their quality of diamonds are top-notch. If you are wanting real diamonds do not cheat yourself by going to a lesser qualty . Remember these are diamonds you get what you pay for. Unfortunately this is a game that only some people can afford to play. So don't throw your money away by going somewhere who claims they have top quality diamonds for 50% less of everywhere else. You are going to get 50% less good 50% low quality 50% low clarity more than likely they are not covered for more than a year as far as the warranty. If you purchase from Zales you get lifetime warranty if you lose a diamond they replace it. I have recently purchased a new wedding ring . I had lost a diamond and with no questions asked it was replaced you will not get service like this anywhere don't waste your time on trying to look come check it out One stop shop good quality you can't be
