Great store and employees but Verizon is the worst and they used to be the gold standard of cell phone reception. Switch to T-Mobile and love it. Now I get 5g service all the time and save 150 a month.

Nice store with a lot of cool things, but their prices are foolishly overpriced. The employee, Aaron was very knowledgeable and helpful and we appreciate him and the time he provided.

Chris was absolutely legendary. He was so kind and helpful during the entire interaction. To top it off, he walked us out and held the door open for my wife and I after the transaction was complete. Chris was very knowledgeable and a true gentleman.

Watch what you sign with Verizon that trade in promotion is a way for them to give you zero for your phone if there calling service ends up not being what you expect, and you decide to move your devices. Your trade is not placed on the contract so when you transfer your service that literally has dead spots in Verizon’s coverage to better coverage and no dropped calls! They will absolutely steal your perfectly good trade in!It will not let me load the contract to show you that they literally do not put your trade in the contract so they can charge you for the phone you traded for when their coverage you can literally ask the person can you here me not to hope it reconnects before it’s dropped. We transferred service to the other Carrier and then we get billed for my phone immediately after being told at the store in Norman, that we paid everything off and nothing owed, and this was asked several time if the I phone 14 was paid and the representative said the I phone 14 credit paid it off when it switched because it is not showing any balance to pay! So if you want the newest phone and you trade up make sure they put the amount towards the agreement before signing! Verizon you are no longer a great company you are considered to belegalized con artist!

Had my phone stolen this weekend while out of town. Went here Sunday afternoon when I got back, and the sales reps were very helpful. I had to eat the majority of the cost on my lost phone since the contract was brand new, but they were very sympathetic. They helped break down the financials on everything and offered suggestions, and were not your typical aggressive salesman. Highly suggest getting their highest protection plan, wish I had before this happened.

Chris is awesome and definitely great to deal with. The 2 stars are for him. Verizon 0 stars...horrible carrier these days. Can't wait to switch to a new service provider. Verizon has been over charging me on my bill every month and charged me for $900 of equipment that they said I would get credit for. Beware! Highly do not recommend

The option to do a survey had expired by the time I received it. :(But wanted to take the time to jump on here and say Pearl did an awesome job adding a new phone line and watch to my business account. She was very through and helped to check all the boxes! She will forever be handling my business account!

This place had jacked my phone bill and I had to pay for it. I have been lied to and they have took in me been with this company for a little bit. Phone bill was 400 and something dollars something I was not told of and when they said my phone bill was going to be about 290 or so, they have lost my respect and I will call the main corporate of this company. Have a good day.

Everything was great with Aaron. I asked about a deal that Verizon was running and he was helpful and informative. I felt like he went above and beyond to help me get the deal I was looking for. Once everything arrived, he even checked in to make sure that I had received everything and that it was working properly. One of the easiest transitions to a new phone I’ve ever had and I literally can’t think of a thing more he could have done to help me. All positives from me.
