I went for a passport and the wait was about 35-40 mins past my appointment because the person doing the passports was overbooked. But when it was my turn, Cori got me in and out in under 10 minutes! She was so sweet and helpful and I had a great experience with her getting my first passport!

I don't think the issues at this post office are staff based most likely the operation above is the root cause but either way I pass a UPS store and FedEx on my way to this location so it has become pointless to go USPS anymore unless I am just putting a stamp on an envelope. Supply shortage? Guess my tax $$$ are going elsewhere. This time they had a whole 2 people at service windows but anyone going there often realizes whether there are 5 or 50 people in line the don't really move any faster. Left today after 15 minutes of 'oh we are out of that' and waiting in line. Spent 5 minutes at FedEx spent a couple dollars more but it will be there tomorrow instead of next week AND they had supplies to process my needs.

I scheduled my passport appointment out for my family 3 weeks in advance for them to call me the day prior and cancel it. Thanks for letting me know I can reschedule it at my convenience. There is a reason it took me 3 weeks to get a Saturday appointment. Guess I will have to wait another 3 more weeks somewhere else.

Sent a letter Friday 11/17 next day. Well it is Wednesday 11/22 and no evidence of the letter leaving the Norman po on the west side. Trying today to find out what is going on and discovered the phone service is not any good either. Horrible all around!!!!

We went in to talk to a manager. We were told that there were no managers on site. They were out with drivers. They took our info, and said if we hadn't heard from a manager to call them before 4:30pm. We called between 4:10pm repeatedly until 4:30. NO ANSWER

Well, I was going to write a bad review about my experience.. but reading the reviews, I think this is a constant thing... And no adjustments have been made to better assist customers... I mean I paid money to get my picture taking there for my passport.. because I couldn't risk my photo being rejected.. well here we are, a month before we leave and my photo was rejected.. So are yall paying for expedited shipping? Because I am supposed to be leaving soon - and you all couldn't do your job of taking an acceptable passport photo.. that I paid money for... make it make sense.. this interferes with travel! And No one answers the phone...

Recommend restaffing this particular location. Incompetent and disinterested staff does not seek to understand or fix their own mistakes. Shifts blame using abstract terms. Does not answer calls to their office. I had two packages returned due to "incorrect address." The address was indeed correct, however, the apartment number was notated "4.1" (correct) instead of "41" (what the office expected). This, however, should be a non-issue as packages are not delivered to a mailbox; they are delivered to the front office of the apartment complex. This USPS office, which serves my zip-code, did not answer phone calls to talk about the issue. When I went and visited to talk about it in person, the woman at the desk tried to shift blame several times, saying nonsensical things such as "the carrier might not have an agreement with the apartment office" (perhaps she did not understand that she is part of "the carrier?") and that she doesn't understand how phones work. Nobody at this USPS office attempted to find a solution to the problem or put me in contact with someone else who could get this resolved. I will be paying for reshipping and, more importantly, be waiting an additional week to receive my items. All the carrier had to do was leave the boxes at the front office the first time, as is their habit. That is where packages are delivered to, and the address given to them was correct.

My Amazon packages were delivered to the wrong post office. After I tracked them down, I called this post office which is the one that regularly delivers my mail. I spoke with Travis and he not only located my packages, he delivered them personally to my front door! Travis was straightforward and professional in solving my problem, I can't thank him enough!

The phone just rings and rings and rings. Nobody answers ever. Misdelivered some important mail and just won't answer the phone so I can find out what happened or where my mail is.

Misdelivered an important package of mine. Called three times at 2:30 on a Wednesday and not once was picked up or allowed to leave a voice mail.Horrible.

Nice Post Office. The counter gets busy sometimes but the line slims down quickly. Large bank of PO Boxes and everything you need, even a passport office.
