I supposedly ported 2 numbers and they messed up on 1. No apologies for the inconvenience I'm having to go thru to try and fix it. I'm in okc and I stupidly went to Norman. Now... I'm driving around in Norman trying to fix their mistake. They made me feel like it's my personal problem. Either fix it or shut up. Take note that I'm a new customer. Spent almost $300 for 3 lines and only because of that, that I'm feeling stuck. Guessing they got me and know I'm Not going to do anything. Ugh... I hate having a bad taste for a company that I just signed up for. Customer service is really lacking now a days.

This is the slowest t mobile ever coming in to pay a bill 3 associates here 2 ran to the back left 1 girl here alone they could have helped and we could have been done by now but no worst customer service ever

Almost before closing, I was able to get a new SIM card, although the registration takes time, I am very grateful for this to the guys who work there, especially because I only had a Ukrainian passport. I just arrived in the USA and I really needed a new SIM card with the Internet.Many thanks

I will give this store 2 stars. Shelby was amazing, super sweet and ready to help. About 10 minutes into my experience at this store a young girl came out of the back room with attitude all over her. Shelby tried to excuse her by letting me know she was not feeling well. She should have stayed home today. After being treated awfully by another provider I came to TMobile to get 2 new lines and hope for a better experience. The Wednesday look alike that came out of the back was VERY RUDE, so rude I left the store without a new phone at all. I am now going across town to avoid that store. They told me they had a pink phone, the color did not matte to me. She first pitched an attitude when I would not let her look at another store. The color did not matter to me. She rudely stated (You can wait 10 minutes). Then she proceeded to SCROLL ON HER PHONE, about two feet from Shelby and I. I ignored her, then Shelby asked for her assistance. She rudely accused me of having a stolen phone (it was an error on my old providers part). After this I went to leave and wanted to let he know her attitude was not tasteful. She then YELLED ACROSS THE STORE AT ME. I am still shocked. Just because you look like Wednesday does not give you an excuse to be awful, if you are sick.... stay home. I did not deserve this treatment in front of my 3 kids.

The store manager Annie was very rude. I came in to disconnect my Wi-Fi I asked if she could give me the number for customer service and she proceeded to tell me in a rude way that I could've looked it up on google. I wouldn't recommend anyone going to them for any services.

Horrible experience! Customer service is nonexistent here. We went to get our phones switched over to T-Mobile and instead of letting us know they close in 30 minutes and asking us to come back another day they started the transition process and then kicked us out with non-working phones. Very unhelpful. Would not recommend going here if you are needing help better off just doing it online or going to different store.

I visited a T-Mobile store to switch carriers, and despite the plan I wanted being available online, they said they couldn't offer it in-store. Instead, they tried to upsell me to a pricier plan. After I agreed, they conveniently mentioned they couldn't transfer my number due to 'system issues', a fact they hid until after I'd signed the contract. When I pressed for details, they showed me an unrelated screen as 'proof'. It felt like a cheap excuse to get out of helping me since it was closing time. Truly misleading and unprofessional. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place or handle your business online.

I gave five star rating because she was and they were professional they are very courteous they they were very helpful they were consistent they were accurate I've never met anybody to serve me like this before it's truly appreciated the time they took to do this and the time it took to get it done I don't know how to thank them anymore than I can I wish that I could do something else to show my appreciation for the fantastic great excellent job they did for me I will continue to send other customers here from my church from my job I will give the comments here I will share with them how I appreciate it this so very much again the professionalism the consistency the accuracy and I guess so appreciative.

Love my phone store. They always fix whatever problem we have.m & believe me we have a lot. Lol they are always greeting everyone that comes in the door. Love the food, always fresh made & hot.

4 hours of my day I will never get back. My dad and I came to this store to transfer a phone number from AT&T to T-Mobile. The woman at the front switched the sim and I thought it was as simple as that. At this point I had already switched to the temporary number but I thought that it could be a problem but didn’t think about it. However, we wanted to switch/transfer the phone number too. But to the difficulty of our account being a business account from AT&T it was much more difficult. The lady had to call AT&T and we needed the authorized user to verify and figure it out. I tell my dad about the switching to the temporary number but the T-Mobile people assure him that it COULD NOT be the problem and that it would work fine either way. What the employees at the time didn’t understand was that the AT&T people were sending the text to the AT&T number and that the temporary number could not receive the texts and allow the transfer. We go back to try and verify it but the line keeps hanging up on us believing fraud as they have already sent the text multiple times. At this point I head back to T-Mobile get the sims switched and well voila! Our problem was solved. This only took 3-4 hours and the employees ensuring us that we just had to call and verify with AT&T. I think the people who worked there would be good for most of the necessary things you need. But in this instance it led to one of the worst experiences I’ve had with tech with them reassuring us on the wrong information and not taking into account the most simplest of things. Belittling my dad when he offered a solution that actually worked and telling him what to do. Have a good day!
