This was a super efficient place to have testing. It has changed ownership from Mercy to Quest. They no longer open at 7 (convenient to people who work starting at 8). I have been waiting 25 minutes and there are 10 people in the waiting room.

Made an appointment for a covid test at Walmart, who apparently uses this company for whatever reason. Entered all my info, including insurance, and made the appointment. Everything said I was good to go. I get to Walmart and am told that quest is not accepting my insurance info and the tech does not know why, but that I have to contact quest to get it resolved. I asked if I can just get the test without insurance info, as covid tests are supposed to be covered by The Cares Act for those without insurance. I was told that Walmart could take the test and submit it to Quest, but that they would literally throw the test in the trash without my insurance info. Attempted to contact quest to resolve the insurance issue, but could never get through as their online wait time was so long. After reading reviews, I'm assuming this is because they are so backed up with others making complaints. Shameful from a medical institution during a worldwide pandemic. Why the hell is Walmart using this company?

This review is for Quest as an organization. If I could give zero stars, I would. I have been trying to get my test results for over three weeks now, and every time I call Quest (the rare times I actually speak with a human), I am told to call DLO, who says call Quest. Quest has no idea what they are talking about, and I am beyond frustrated that it has been this long without my results being uploaded to the MyQuest portal. There is no excuse for this, and all of their "support" is automated so you never get actual help, and the one customer service number they have is absolutely worthless.

Not a very professional organization. I made an appointment for a Covid test. Had a confirmation email and everything but the testing site could not pull me up and when the pharmacist called they somehow couldn't find me either. How can I have a confirmation email but not he in the system? That makes no sense at all

Evidently never sent me or my insurance a bill for lab work and has now sent it to collections. Shady as hell.

My cousin visited the local Minute Clinic for a blood test and was sent to this lab location for the draw itself. Upon arriving at this clinic, she was told that the lab order hadn't been received from the Clinic yet but to just wait in the parking lot for about thirty minutes and they would call her to come in. As you can probably guess, she never received a call and ended up going home. Upset, I called and spoke with someone at the DLO central location who advised that lab orders be faxed to them directly rather than the Porter location which certainly doesn't inspire any confidence. The customer service person I spoke with was friendly and did their best to be helpful which I do appreciate but they don't represent this Porter location so don't bump up the star rating any. Yes, the Minute Clinic dropped the ball initially but DLO essentially forgot about my sick cousin who sat in a parking lot for way too long. At the very least they could have called her back with an update or advised her on how to proceed. Very disappointing.

This laboratory is the worst to file to your insurance. Every other person can be seen and paid by the insurance but they say they sent the info then they bill you. The problem is that when you call you get the same answer. When you call your insurance they have never seen the bill. This is on the verge of Insurance fraud for bad billing. Then they send stuff to a credit department after you have paid. We have record of a bill paid in full and they are still billing us for it. This dishonesty hurts our credit ratings and seriously is FRAUD. I will try everything to never go to a medical doctor who uses them. Doctors should know they do this to their patients. Whats sad is when it comes up in conversations My family is not the only one who has had serious trouble with them. That means it is their issue.
