Went in for an oil change on my 2022 Venza. They got the job done, but even with an appointment and it being a slow weekday I was there over two hours. Didn’t bother to reset my maintenance notification either. They also tried to upsell me into $900 of “preventative maintenance” which was unfortunate. They tried their best to sell that these were needed at a mileage I had surpassed, yet the dealership I had been going to before said otherwise. A/C conditioner, fuel enhancement, battery cleaning. All silly stuff. Was hoping this could be my new spot after moving to Norman, but can’t trust a service department that tries to sucker women into non-essential maintenance. Makes me wonder how many inexperienced car owners have fallen for that crap. Will be going back to OKC area for dealership maintenance moving forward.

I went to look at a new Venza, which the dealer had just gotten one in, so I got to see inside, but was told I couldn’t test drive it until their trade with Bob Howard was completed. Not a big deal, but then I asked to see a Highlander, and he said they didn’t have any available to see. Their website showed multiple highlanders available. Maybe he just didn’t think I could afford that model?? Anyways, he was not very helpful or polite, however a while back, I sold my car to them and that salesman was very responsive and easy to work with, and he matched my carvona price! So I guess it all depends on the person that you get to help you. Unfortunately after this, I’ll just go to another dealership to buy a new suv.

I would blame myself on this for rushing in to this :). Nothing wrong with the dealers but the vehicles are overpriced.
I did buy a car from them for 32k and the day after, I received a call from 2 different dealerships offering the same exact car for 28k. I signed the letters and everything and I could not return the car because I drove it to my driveway. I wish they were more honest and the difference was not this much, but lesson learnt for future purchases!

I was 2100 miles over my 25,000 mileage for my free service. I just returned from a 3000 mile road trip. I was charged for my service. I have never been charged in the past for being over my threshold in the past.
Also, I explained that I had a tire that was losing air and that I had to air it up every 2 days. After my tire rotation I was told that there was no problem with the tire. The next day, that tire which had been rotated to the front needed air.
I had my service on a game day. I feel that the employees were just on a hurry to watch the game.
I now will take my car somewhere else to have my tire checked. And I’ll be taking my vehicle for its service to Post Oak Toyota instead.

After going to another dealership and getting told we could never get a car and my wife leaving in tears. We cake to Fowler Toyota and talked with Andre. He and his manager did everything for us to get us into a new car. We had been pressured into buying a car at a buy here pay here place a year ago and the team here got us out of that whole. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a car. We had an idea of what we wanted and they gave us the perfect car for our little family. Thank you so much Andre and team.

We drove 12 hours round trip to get a vehicle they had that we wanted, and we would 100% do it again. The service, and personal attention were mind blowing in the best way! Ask for Walter- he took the time to work with us and make sure everything was ready when we got there. Thanks for everything!! If I could give you even more stars, I would.
