Online order, 25 sheets cut into 4 quarters...simple order. They could not figure it out, they said come back tomorrow, went back, still nothing. Went back again, couldn't find it and then they gave me 25 small pieces of paper and I said "25 sheets cut into quarters does not equal 25 small pieces of paper". I should have known better from the previous order I made with them, they couldn't find it and 2 days later they find it. AVOID this location

Would give a 0 if that was allowed. Like going back to 1999 in terms of technology, and staff had no clue how to help.

Chrissy felt like a gift from the universe. I knew what I needed but didn’t know how to get there. She was so patient with my questions and figured out how to get exactly what I needed. I will definitely be coming back to this location just to work with Chrissy again.

Customer service was terrible. No wonder their star rating is so low. They tell me something and then don’t follow through. I was having a poster made, three days later they called to say it was done. I left immediately to go pick it up and it turned out no one had even started on it! I drove 50 + miles in a rain storm to pick it up.

Fast and efficientEasy to find. Some parking. Handicap parking and the doors are automatic so you don't have to have somebody to hold the door as you wheel in. So handy. Everything you need without being in a post office. Mice folks too

The staff was friendly and they got my order to me quickly.The ship center refused my delivery despite the fact that I marked it as hold for pickup. Now my delivery is being sent again with the hopes that this time they will give me my stuff. I hope they can get it right this time.The restroom is dirty and needs some repairs, it is not fabulous.

I am NOT satisfied at all with my print order from this location. First of all, why hire someone who doesn't know the meaning of the word "duplex"? I specifically noted that my copies were to be duplexed, collated and stapled; when I picked them up, they were all one-sided. When I asked her about it, she said, "What does 'duplex' mean?" Secondly, the copies were in faint ink and nearly faded out at the bottom of each page. I paid for 70 sets of duplexed copies and was charged accordingly but I will NEVER have anything printed at this location again! She offered to "re-run" them but I couldn't wait for 30 minutes. I'm assuming the ink would still be faded as it would be on the same machine she just finished running the copies on. EXTREMELY POOR PRODUCTS FOR AN EXPENSIVE PRICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well, they say they close at 8pm but they lock their doors at 7:50 PM for sure. I expect this from owner operator, but you figure corporate location would stick with actual closing times.

Came into pick an order up I had gotten a notification that was ready. I came in and the lady working the counter was extremely rude about it. Saying that I shouldn't have and that it's being cut currently and walked away. How rude and what a horrible display of bad customer service. So I waited in store for my order that I was sent a notification it was ready. Will not be using their service again. Will go somewhere else with better customer service. Even over heard another associate speaking with customer and was like so sorry our machines were off. Just a bad experience. Especially since it was the Manger in training I spoke to how sad

I just called the West Main store to ask a question so I could bring a package to ship. Not even a hard question, but one that literally should have taken about 30 seconds to answer even if they had to look it up. They left me on hold for a full 18 minutes until someone just came in the line, laughed, and hung up.UPS was not only happy to answer my question, but she knew the answer off the top of her head - In fairness, it made it way easier for me to decide how I should ship my package. ??♂️

Terrible service. Not reliable for print orders. I even called morning of to make sure they order would be ready that afternoon, they told me the order would be ready for pick up and when I arrived they had no clue about my order and I had to cut it all myself and still pay full price. Will not be using again.

Worst customer service ever! I have been using FedEx for years! And at this location it looks like they don’t work for you but that they work agains you. Store manager Mariah Wilson was a total disaster trying to help me. She offer no solutions for my delivery and package needs. Definitely use the closest FedEx location, this one isn’t there to help you at all.
