I was rudely told that they would not honor a digital coupon after I had already placed an order. They had pulled all the items off the shelves and had them behind the counter to which I took a picture of because they "weren't ringing up right" but in reality they just didn't like that the digital coupon worked for those items and discounted them for a fair price for couponers. They canceled my online order stating out of stock on all of the items that were couponed when I had been ant the store earlier annd knew they were in stock on all the items and even their website stated in stock. The only item they were trying to sell me was the only item I didn't have a coupon for and I was paying full price for. The manager stated I couldn't get due to it only being me so when i returned with my husband and the other person they still refused to honor the coupon. They have terrible manners, especially when the coupon is advertised then they don't want to honor it. The manager kaitlyn was absolutely noncompliant with the coupon policy and refused to give me items I purchased online (even with the people whose accounts they were for were there) and I could see those products in a cart behind the counter. She canceled my order. This is the only dollar general that was rude and refused to honor the digital coupon. If it's displayed on the app, honor it or take it down, period. Have better management skills. I will not be returning to this store, I will go across town to a manager who treats their customers with respect and honors the coupons THE STORE HAS ON THEIR APP. I'm disappointed and very upset. Do better dollar general. Do better. Honor your coupons or don't have them. Period.

This location sucks. They're never open anymore. They close the store "due to heat" which is understandable if the hvac is out of something but they have been closed during the middle of the day the last 3 times I've tried to go and when they are open they don't have what you need.

if i could i would give this place 0 stars. today was my first day along with many others. the manager (shelly) left me alone on a register and physically left the store while i was on the register while i had no clue what to do. then , the manager had me on someone elses numbers on the register which im like 99.9% is illegal. the manager didnt make me do my training on the computer before getting on a register she also did not clock me in. i also was not in the system

I gotta say, I went to dollar general today and I have been to this location for the last 10 years and today it has looked the best it ever has. I could walk all the aisles and it was clean and organized and I was so thrilled I told Betty, the cashier that she has done an AMAZING job and deserves recognition for this!!!! So good job Betty I hope u get a raise maam!!!!!

Shelves are always bare even though all the aisles are full of boxes of product on the floor and carts of merchandise blocking the aisles. I guess no one likes to stock here, so they rarely have what I'm looking for. Always a wait at the register and cashiers always come out of what appears to be the office, what they're doing in there, who knows. Definitely not stocking shelves or checking out customers. Also, during the summer they are closed all the time because of lack of air conditioning. They need to move out of this building and let someone who knows what they are doing take over.

Aisles are narrow because the store is too small for the amount of inventory. Better selection and prices compared to 7/11. Staff has always been helpful and polite. Down side is they are under staffed, but that probably helps keep prices low. No complaints from me.

This store is a mess! Always stuff in the isles, nothing is stocked. Big silver carts blocking isles. Only employees I see is the manager and she is checking out customers.I will not be back.

Always closing early since the AC tends to not work they claim but light be on and everything. Have gone by and this has happened more than once a month this a frequent thing they tend to do.
